Most of the people streaming are fish and don't really know what's going on. Using a HUD is perfectly fine on Bovada.

And no, you can't play more than 4 tables of cash/sngs. You can however play 4 cash/sngs and then MTTs. The max MTT tables is either 18 or 21, can't remember.

There are sometimes that the client lets me have 5 tables open, and other times it does not, just seems odd.
MTTs don't count towards the 4-table limit. There is a separate limit of 20 for MTTs.

The reason I ask is because I'm wondering if they can tell if we are using a HUD on the table, and then send a burst of disconnection (randomly, or seemingly so)...which resets any data the HUD has collected on the other players, since it is anon.

I know, another conspiracy theory. I'm not saying I believe this is what's happening, but I don't think it is completely insane either. This would fit right in with protecting the recs.

Just hypothesizing here. And I'm sure this idea has been thrown out there many times before. Of course this whole idea is riding on whether or not the site can detect if a user has a hud.

Maybe I'm just going ****ing crazy, but honestly I get disconnect on average once per session, and is just annoying as **** that I lose all my miniscule amount of data on the other players.
When I play on my mac without HI (still haven't given in to paying twice for the same product), I still get disconnected every once in a while. So your theory is probably entertaining at the most =)

Do the $20 9max Super Turbo SNGs fire at all? I've been trying to start them, but failing.

So i posted a few pages back of how my bank ATM wouldn't accept the Canadian check from Bovada. I went to the teller today and after checking they said they would have to send it to collections and it would take around 6 months for me to get my money. WTF?

Is there any other options now? I mean I don't need this money right now or anything but it's still super annoying

Small banks have issues. My buddy's credit union has to mail the check to their home office. Then it takes them 3-4 weeks to clear it. It's crazy.

It's not a small bank. It's a huge bank actually. I don't know if the teller was trying to scare me or something cause she kept mentioning "you should have gotten the money wired". Maybe i'll go again and talk to another teller

Mine said 6 weeks on the first Canadian check and quicker after that. Perhaps she misspoke or you misheard her.

I deposited my first Bovada check yesterday (second from the same bank though because of Merge's) and the teller asked me, "there'll be no more of these, correct" and I'm like "wtf". I was with my wife and the teller asked "where's this from" after mentioning it was from another country and my wife just said the city on the check...what a ditz she is but they didn't inquire farther.

lol

"where's this check from Taipei from?"
"..Taipei"

btw my dad who has high level U.S. security clearance told me the scrutiny around individuals receiving funds from foreign countries is much more likely a Homeland Security thing in this day and age than anything related to the UEGEA/DOJ...guess that's a discussion for payouts thread tho

Do you know if it's possible to open a poker account and play from some of the Caribbean Countries (U.S. Virgins, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago)?

I ve talked 4 times with 4 different operator via call and they said me yes, but the support via mail replied me 4 times that is not possible!!

LOL! Very consistent support!

Do you know anything about it?

Wich is the real truth?

Did you never tried to play from these Caribbean countries?

PR is treated as US, I've never had any issues playing there. I'm in San Juan about half of the year.

I think my favorite chat this week was an KK vs ATs (bricked board) AIPF 100bbs at 5/10 where the fish said "Damnit, why'd they have to deal us both the nuts!"

Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States. The US Virgin Islands is a territory of the United States. There's a big difference between those two, and things like Jamaica and Haiti, which are different countries completely.

I was playing with a guy and he won a huge pot and typed something in Chinese - I translated it through google and it meant "Cow's Vagina". However it went on to explain that it means "awesome or cool" in Chinese slang.
