So Bovada misspells a handle for WU. Then I spell it back to them like 3-5 times. They tell me it's correct. I go and send the money and then they tell me that I got the name wrong. I call and correct it with WU and Bovada tells me I have to wait 24-48 hrs for their mistake?! I will never play on this site again in my life if somebody doesn't correct this now. This is absolutely incompetent.

They give me no information as the what the hell I'm even waiting 2 days for. They keep me on the phone for an hr. They tell me they have no supervisor to speak with. Just an incompetent pile of crap this site

Just another generic Bovada answer... So funny how pathetic the state of online gaming is that they don't even care anymore about customers

I'm making it clear if this doesn't get resolved tonight the second it does I will be cashing out and closing my account and moving to ultimate poker in Vegas. This is absolutely uncalled for and borderline theft to tie my money up and offer no explanation or resolution. Simply intolerable levels of incompetence here

No, Open collision is banned but Closed collision is fine.

Need help. Just download Bovada on Mac. Every time I open, I see the Bovada load thing and then it automatically quits and closes.

Ive cashed out 4 times in the past 2 months with wu and have had no problems. Average wait time has been 2 days till cih. I know people don't want to pay the fees associated with it but if waiting two weeks for a check and then possibly not being able to cash it or having it bounce or your bank reject it why not just use this option? Ive received a payout at least once a month this year and it has been super smooth for me.

Good to know. I know they laughed at giving a possible refund on a $50 don after the players openly colluded in the chat box. They also were dismissive about collision concerns in their higher plo games. At least I can count on these clowns to put out NASCAR odds, even if I can't bet them personally.

Restart your computer. It does that sometimes with the Mac version of Bovada.

You can withdraw by check after deposit with WU/MG. I like wu method but you have to get names exact, make transfers in US dollars. There is a charge that I think bovada will refund.

Just do it carefully, never speak of the pokers and you should be able to get the cash on there.
