Everything wrong with tonight is due to Comcast/ISP.

When I went to my other provider the site worked great.

so what is their policy in these sort of on again, off again situations?? i was a nice 40bb stack inside the money of a tournament and disconnected several times for long periods of time....when i finally sat back down i was just a 14bb stack before I disconnected the very next hand....the next time I sat down i had just 2bb and I shoved all in with J9o before I disconnected again. obv i didnt win the hand either.

hopefully i get refunded for my stack/equity before the problems started.

I didn't see many at my tables having problems so I doubt you get an equity chop, probably just your money back. I'm pretty sure they have to shut down the tournaments to get the equity.

I had a question about Bovada hand converter, I haven't played on this site for awhile, we can't see all the hole cards anymore? I just converted some hands and I can just see my cards.

If you are talking about seeing them in hem/pt.. I believe both programs removed the ability to see all hole cards after they are imported.

Unfortunately, exchanging poker points to tournament tickets is the only option...

I recommend the 1,300 points for a $12 + $1 ticket...play a SNG instead of MTT. Full ring regular speed or 6 max turbo are available. It's a steady way to turn points to cash somewhat quickly. Good Luck.

no not in hem, it's when they are converted with the hand converter, they are converted into stars hh but there's only hero's card shown, we used to see everyone's hole card. Maybe it's a setting in the converter.

thanks I just found it, it's a setting in the converter software, we have to "enable hole cards". They didn't have that feature a couple of months ago.

I can see them in PT4, there is an option in the replayer to show or not show.

It allows to see hands in PT4 now? I imported to HEM 1 because i didn't get to see the hole cards. Good to know, will switch over next month.

Support tells me they cannot unreg me from the tourneys I was reg'd for and cannot refund my money. On top of all this, my macbook is ****ed up now. I will never deposit another dollar on this site.
