Also having major issues. The Bovada lobby doesn't load properly on Windows 7 x64. I also tried it in a virtual machine on Windows XP and have the same issue. The lobby is in the taskbar, but the lobby window is not "drawn" properly. This issue only started with the recent update.

I updated the certificates, updated Windows, updated my graphics drivers, and it still does not work correctly. I didn't bother to email support based on the useless responses others got.

Man, I got the weekly lucky draw and missed the tournament on that following Saturday. I noticed the ticket would expire tomorrow on 6/4/14 and wrote to them and this is what they said:

Since you've failed to join the said tournament, your Lucky Draw Weekly Tournament Ticket will just expire and we don't have any option to re-issue it.

Sigh No More Bovada Deposits From Nj!!

Just got off the phone with Poker Room Manager, they claim it's temporary for the moment, but we all know why this happened, oh well. It's been real Bovada, glgl to those who still are able to grind, guess I only have the soft Nj sites and WPN now

Yep its an all in flipament headsup (not that it really matters since it is a flipament but I guess they figured it be better than full ring for promotion purposes.)

Personally I think they should spread the money so it's not just first place being awarded a prize but w.e. the chances of winning have got to be ridiculously low anyway.

My problem is I asked them to PERMANENTLY disable my casino account. Once it is permanently disabled there is nothing you can do. Now I have 2 $15 casino chips and an $8 bonus balance I can't do anything with. All I asked support for was a $22 tournament ticket to compensate but they said no.

I don't see the big deal, it's rigged to lose anyways...

Taking a trip to Australia soon...does Bovada accept Australian players or do they allow US players to log on from Australia?

Pretty much all the Visa gift cards that I've seen are within U.S. only. The ones that are international usually require you to file them with the government including SS#, name, address, etc. In my experience just use your banks debit card (if your bank uses visa), and when it likely gets declined call your banks 1800 number and tell them that you are trying to make an international purchase and to unlock your account. The several banks that i've done this with have never once inquired further. If you are concerned just tell them you do business online and you should be able to deposit no problem.
