Yeah, the ticket showed up 24 hours later. People are having to call in for the drip bonus though (this requires a deposit). They are being honored, so that's good.

I didnt have any money in my Bovada account when I transferred. Could that be the issue? Did you have any money? Did you make a deposit?

I had money when I transferred. I have not deposited yet but someone was saying they did a few posts back and they had to call for the. Drip bonus and have it manually entered because it did not show up 24 hours later like it was supposed to. I do remember the ticket showing up in my account the next day.

For sure. I would take advantage of the drip bonus. It requires 400 points to clear $100. Not so bad.

I stopped playing Bovada awhile ago because of several issues. So, I got the $10 bonus for rolling over to ignition and have been playing micro cash. Periodically the game just freezes for me and will boot me from my seat even though I have not lost my internet connection and can still navigate around the site. This happened to me the other day in the middle of a hand and forced me to fold KK on a 247 flop. Lucky for the guy who had JJ as he won the hand. I emailed support and they gave me the standard "reboot your modem" blah, blah, blah and they also said this:

Our records indicate you experienced a Time out during the Hand ID XXXXXXXXX. Although you did experience this connection issue, the game continued normally for the other seated players an as such we're unable to compensate for this hand.

-

So apparently you can "experience a time out" in the middle of a hand and as long as the game continues normally for the other players, you are SOL.

How much needs to be deposited to get the $100 bonus? I'd rather not put on $500 if I can put on less.

Melea, that program looks sweet! Can't wait to try it! Thanks for making it for us.

Emailing support has had mixed results for people in this thread. I've gotten nowhere with this approach. Give customer service a call next time - it works wonders. Just make sure that if they do reimburse you that you don't play a single additional hand even if you get reconnected.

It's an unacceptable problem to me as a customer.

Does anybody know the answer to this? The site just says $100 bonus on "first deposit"

Does Transferring with more then $100 in your account count as a deposit for the $100 drip bonus?

I actually like bovada and the concept of anonymity but the only thing that makes me not want to play on ignition is the one free payout every 4 months. and the 75$ a check per month

No, not according to customer service. It's very easy to be confused on this because the verbiage on the drip promotion highly implies that a transfer is sufficient.

Hi. Nobody is answering this question because it is a deep mystery. The drip promotion is ill defined. Not even customer support knows the answer to this question. For the record, I deposited 100 dollars and was told by email support that this was sufficient. However, I haven't yet seen this bonus on my bonus dashboard and when I questioned this four days ago, email support has still not gotten back with me. A poster earlier said that when he contacted support via phone, he had to talk with second tier support and they were able to credit him with the bonus.

I'm convinced this whole Bovada to Ignition situation is not going to end up well. I know the smarter players are already in process of withdrawals.

Keep only what you need on the site. If things are looking good 6-12 months from now maybe keep a larger percentage on the site. Better safe than sorry imo.

Check out my posts in the Bovada no longer offering poker thread about my experience with Ignition casino prior them 'acquiring' Bovada poker. They basically stole 38k from me.
