How do you get the tourney payouts to update? I tried closing and reopening the lobby from within the table window...I tried closing the lobby and reopening from the main lobby....still shows 18 paid....and we are hand for hand at 28...so it pays 27 for sure.

Anyone?
thats weird never had that problem but i guess 27 does pay.

Have there been any instances of bovada refunding players because the software failed on them and cost them money?

Rofl, technically yeah, but not what I assume you're talking about.

There used to be a glitch in the programming where if someone had between 1 and 2 bb's and they moved all in on your blind, you were not given the option to raise. I got into the habit of always taking a screenshot of this whenever it would happen to me, and they would always eventually credit me with a tournament ticket or a bonus. That glitch has been fixed though.

If you're talking about your client freezing when your internet is working perfectly, they're not going to give you anything. They will blame it on your "machine" lol.

As mentioned by others, seems SNG's are softer than cash games and for me personally more fun online.

You guys recommend double ups, triple ups, beginner's, or turbo SNG's?

I've had this happen to me several times and had to just manually calculate the payouts.

Earn 150 player points in a week and get $45. 100 pts gets you $25 I think you get $15 for earning 50 pts

It's $10 for 50 pts, $25 for 100 pts, and $40 for 150 pts

heh i just played the 109 5k. and the entire touney it showed 3 spots paid. closing mtt lobby. opening via tournamnet or from main lobby showed same. we got to ten handed and all of a sudden went hand for hand. then at final table lobby adjusted showing 9 paid.

i basically tried everything but closing the entire client and relaunching.

confusing but funny none the less

If I just leave open like 5 minutes I've never had it not update.

Has anyone used the Visa TravelMoney card on Bovada?

If not, is there another prepaid Visa that will work for Americans?

About a week ago at $50 NL I called a raise w 99 OOP flop comes 9 high
I lead into raiser and BAM disconnect! I called the rep on the phone told her that I was upset as everything else was working, even other tables so it was not on my end.I also made the mistake of telling her that you know what if this guy folded then thats the end of it I wont pursue this any further, but if this guy called or raised I wanted to talk about someone about some kind of compensation.I clearly gave her the hand # info she puts me on hold, comes back and tells me with confidence this guy folded his hand and would not tell me what he was holding so I thank her for her time and tell her good night. Then I log back in and the numbers don't jive.I can see I lost my bet on this hand so I call back tell the manager guy she straight up willfully lied to me about this most likely just to get me off the phone. He goes through same process takes hand # puts me on hold tells me villain had KK and raised me.I made it quite clear to him that this was unacceptable and I should likely be $50 richer right now,and have been lied to by your employee.Next day I get an email with apologies and a $50 credit.

Cliffs.
Yes you can get some refund, but only if you catch them lying.

I was wondering does bovado offer a rake back? I haven't been online since BF and I am looking into sites now. Any suggestions or opinions would be more than welcome! Thanks
