How could you know he had a straight flush if he folded the turn? He folded and showed? How could he have folded and showed with you still left to act behind? Im totally confused here sorry.

my take on the anon tables is mixed...I have played on bodog/bovada since like 2005 I really only play tourneys and pre anon it was a large percentage regulars I suspect its probably the same now...I think the anon tables help me out a bit actually because my play is determined on my observations at the table and not by a screen name of someone who I might play with all the time and have a preconceived notion of how they play and my image to players who would be aware of my style...I think it also leads to more loose gambling ways which is overall good but does hand out more bad beats but in the long run it leads to lots of easy double ups also..the main thing you lose is the community aspect and bot/security issues...bottom line I was winning with a name and still win without one...8 years no problems,good cashouts can't really complain too much

PokerHost is Merge and has both p2p transfers and equivalent cash out speeds to Bovada. It's the other Merge skins that are having the long wait atm.

Possibly a glitch in the code, whenever there's only bots left in the hand whichever bot bets first the other bot folds no matter what it has? Or CO got disconnected I guess. Weird hand, never saw a straight flush get folded before.

I think anytime you become aware that someone folded the nuts its pretty natural to say wtf, I dont blame you.

What do I do with the points? Do I use these to buy tournament tickets or something? I'm confused =(

It states in the promotion that bonuses will be paid the following Monday, which is today.

As for the points, yes, you can convert them to some tourny tickets somewhere, check in your account section. Mine have just sat there collecting since they killed the points for cash program in the slim hope that Ill be able to get monetary value for them some day, maybe someone that has used them lately can be more specific about the process or you can just look around in the client, you will probably find it.

They sent an email a few days ago. Cash bonus ($40) will be sent on Monday, i.e. today. Use your player points to enter a tournament, one with at least a 5K guarantee so you actually get something decent if you go deep. The points are good for nothing else.

def agree games have gotten significantly harder at 1/2 and 2/4 FR. The word is out that Bovada is the best game in town...They really are seeing a peak in their business over the past 10 years, as reflected by their increase in MTT guarantee's.

I've been playing the 9:30pm 10+1 (5k in 2006, 4k 2009-2013, now 6k guaranteed) for years. The fact that this tournament posts at 6k guaranteed says it all about their increase in traffic...

The person who suggested merge to you. also suggested poker host..which is on the merge network and has fast cashouts. its wu and its high vig. but if u want to play on merge and not wait 2 months for money u can play on poker host. just started a month ago...about to cash out and i bet i get the money before someone else on merge who requested 2 months ago....

I'll never know if the midstakes games at Bovada are tough or not b/c I'm never going to keep a big enough br on there to find out. Learned my lesson in 2011 and at this point I'm happy just to play some real money micro/small stakes poker online when I feel like it. Cashing out through WU just seems like a bonus to me, don't even mind eating the vig.

hi im in the philly area also. The best thing to do is go online netspend and order a card. Its free card should come in a week or 2. Then you can put money on your card with a prepaid cards you can use netspend ones or vanilla reload cards(they work wit netspend also). You can find these vanilla reloads at any CVS. Netspend is a little harder to find best bet is likely a walgreens or you can deposit money on it at a western union or moneygram. Just follow the instructions on the website. There is a $3.95 load fee. Then this card should work at any poker site. I only know of netspend working because they allow international transactions where other cards like Green Dot does not. You could go to 7 11 and get a card like the other person recommended but if you do it that way it will only be a temporary card and you will have to go through the process of getting a debit card with your name on it.
