I posted this in the payout thread first by mistake. Wanted to know if anyone else is having issues logging on to Ignition ? Havent been able to get since yesterday.

so i had a terrible experience on sunday that i'm going to share as a PSA for anybody else who plays MTTs. apparently i'm not the only person this has happened to either. i'm primarily a midstakes cash game player nowadays, but i always load up on the biggest sunday events every weekend. my computers are boss machines and i rarely have bug/disconnection issues that people itt constantly complain about.

so we're down to 40 left in the 75+7 mini main event and i had about a top 10ish stack. i was 1tabling and railing the table of a friend of mine who was still alive deep in the 110k gtd when i clicked fold with J5o (i believe) in EP- i was timed down all the way to 0, autofolded and made to sit out, meanwhile my friend's table in the 110k was running smoothly the entire time. all buttons were non-functional, and there was no option to sit back in- i've had issues like this before, generally i can just close and re-open the table and all is well, but this time when i tried to re-open my table, i got an error message that said ""This table no longer exists. Please close the table and select another table from the lobby. Thank you."

Not the first time i've ever gotten that error message either- generally i can remedy it by restarting the client, which i tried to do to no avail. same error message when i tried to open my table again. long story short, i tried logging in on a total of 4 different IP addresses, from 3 different machines, and got the exact same error message every time. i even tried uninstalling and re-installing the software. i could open the other tables in the tournament, but i could not open my own. i got customer support on the phone and they confirmed that i was sitting out folding every hand, but said they had no evidence of error or lack of connection from their end. now, clearly, if they can watch my table, and my friend can sit there and watch my table, and see me sitting out and folding every hand, and i cant get back in on 3 different computers and 4 different internet connections, then this table most certainly does exist and the problem is clearly with their software.

they stonewalled me, bull****ted me, and offered me a 75+7 tournament ticket as a refund, which i refused. after an hour of trying repeatedly, dozens of times, to log back in and re-take my seat, i was officially blinded out in 18th place. another call to support ended with me demanding to speak to the most senior person i could get on the phone, and they said they would "escalate" the issue and call me back within 24-48 hours to give me a final decision on whether or not they would compensate me for the equity of my stack at the point in which i was frozen out of the table. i still have not received the phone call that i was promised (tbh i expect nothing less from these complete fucbois), so i'm finished playing tournaments on this complete ****hole of a site. if i can't be guaranteed to play the tournament from start to finish, then that's just too big of a risk to take and i dont see how anybody could justify playing MTTs any longer there with that being a possibility.

so yea, done. beware.

That sucks bro. People not being able to connect back to their mtts deep is happening everyday on this site. It's already happened to me multiple times sitting on a nice stack in the money since I've been back in the USA. All u get back is a refund for the buyin it's complete crap.

Ignition must be bleeding recs nightly at this rate.

Hey having an issue updating the software for windows. It was updating automatically, but my pc ran out of battery midway and the update was not installed. How do I run the update manually?

Seems to be completely unplayable again. It's crashed on me twice in 20 minutes and I'm constantly getting the bug where 1-2 tables will freeze while the others are fine.

while playing zone my tables feeze like 2tablefreeze/100hands. also i cant tile my tables i have to manually size them down. AND when the action is to me the tables are not popping up like they used to . is anyone else having these issues ?

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling , no help.

also im not sure it uninstalled , as soon as i hit uninstall a pop up showed up saying the uninstall was complete. i wonder if it really uninstalls which would explain why uninstalling never seems to work for anyone.

Table notification thingy is all jacked up. (or just annoying if this was their intention)

Even when I select "fold to any bet" I still have to click the table again to stop the Ignition icon from blinking. (It also doesn't appear to be consistent.)

And just now it was blinking because I had action. I folded but then it continued blinking until I clicked the table again.

These people are ****ing ******ed with not noticing the most obvious things.

Edit: Looks like checking "disable pop to front" stops this from happening but I'd like to be able to leave that unchecked if possible. For now it'll do.

Not only does Holdem Indicator not work with the updated client but now Holdem Indicator won't even open?

WTF is this

Did they purposely go after HUDs or is this just a coincidence with the new software?

-holdem indicator is working now, go to their site and download that link it will update it..only issue i see is it doesnt recognize which player you are..so instead of "me" you need to find your player number and "move HUD clockwise" pretty annoying

-people saying how it just shuts down the software..im pretty sure that because of the 10-20 lobbies/processes there are running. and it just uses all your memory on your pc and shuts down

-the poster above who had that issue where it just locked him out of his table and he cant even open the table back up. I nver saw this one before, but already it has happened to me 2 times tonight...its super annoying. you go to the tourny lobby and click take my seat then it says this table is no longer available...you can clikc your table tryin it different..says this table is no longer avaiable..even if you click any table in the lobby for that tournament you get same error for evey single table..this is real relly really annoying

I can't even open the poker software. I get the live update box, and then the lobby window pops up, but its just a blank white window. This happens from both the shortcut and .exe

go to task manager with ctr+alt+dlt and hit processes, there will be 10-40 ignition lobby processes running.
