But they don't want fish playing poker long-term. They don't mind them depositing for it, but they want them in the casino and in the sportsbook(Bodog) or at their other sportsbook(Bovada).

Have had no real issues since the update until just now.. Registered a 25$ sng and it loads to 97% and wont load anymore tried joining a cash table same thing 97%. Internet working fine on everything else..

close your browser and all other programs and try to reload the table.

I'm like CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT, but it happened. 97% on table load screen. Never played a hand in the sng in question. Table never OPENED.

They are like "we know, you keep insisting that"

Here's the kicker -

I GOT A REFUND EARLIER TONIGHT FOR THE SAME ISSUE I REPORTED HAPPENING IN TWO MTTS THAT I EXPERIENCED THE SAME 97% ERROR.

IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! I am done with this site.

Yea I cant join any tables cash/sng/mtt now all load to 97%. Tried reinstalling flushing dns nothing helps its obviously something on there end. Hopefully they refund me..

This happened to me too. Had to reinstall the client to get it working. I have a lot of problems getting the client to start but when I get it running it seems to run fairly smooth compared to pre update.

When I try registering for a sit n go I get the message "You are currently running an outdated version of the software. Please update to the current version and try again." I went to the website, redownloaded, and reinstalled the software, but still get the same message. Any ideas?

their support is so weirdly inept. I've written to them once, to complain about getting dc'd in a cash game in the middle of a big hand. they responded "well, it's probably your fault, but as a show of good faith we'll refund you for the 3-table SNG you were playing". I've never played a 3-table SNG. I hadn't done any tournaments in well over a month. but $5.50 is better than nothing, I guess. still bizarre. I sent screenshots of the table and everything.

Summary of my half an hour phone call on my 97% table load:

Demanded a refund
Provided Table Number
Spazzed
They admitted there was an issue
They provided a tournament ticket
I alleged criminal behavior
I asked for a supervisor
Now- She offered a 50 Dollar Cash bonus or the 105 Tourney Ticket for my $105 cash buy in (nothing additional- just a half refund or a full tourney ticket refund)
Spazzed again
Was told there is no way I'm getting a cash refund
I alleged criminal behavior again
I provided a theoretical example
They finally refunded the $105

Ignition is unfathomable, but I'll still continue to play. Bottom line.

EDIT: I forgot to mention- 10x at least, "can you please hold" "sorry for the long hold"

Had to call them to get some refunds from mtts that fcked me last night. I'm guessing if u dont call no refunds come. I still lost out on some cash from a couple games glitched earlier in the night while i was still multitabling that i couldnt get fixed so didnt get all of what was owed to me refunded.

This sites complete garbage nowadays. Used to be the software sucked but the games were so much softer it was worth it. Now it might be slightly softer then other sites but its not the huge diff it was even a year ago. Game selection is getting worse and worse every year. Then i look over at ACR and things seem to be getting better and better. Small % of roll on ignition keep the rest in other places IMO. Was a good run while it lasted.

I disconnected in a cash game hand and they said I timed out. I got robbed by a poker site. Told me "We weren't experiencing any issues with the site yesterday".

This is weird, I've never had a problem getting a refund. Do you think spazzing and accusing them of criminal behavior is actually -EV in these situations? Also, in the hand history of the mtt you were disconnected from did it show that you were disconnected? If somebody is disconnected in a sng or mtt, it says so in the hand history.

I haven't played with the new update but still the same crappy large windows with the border that you have to go to the smallest DPI setting in windows to be able to make them fit on the screen.

This morning I got to talk to someone from support who actually spoke very good English and he said they are working to fix that problem but wtf knows.

I don't like making everything else I do on my computer to be so small causing some eye strain because I have to cater to poorly programmed poker client but for now that is the only option because I like money.

So today I play. Got QQ at a table everuone folds to me and the software auto folds my hand while simultaneously calling an all In with 22 on another table. Incredible glitches. Of course customer service dies not believe it happened. They think I just folded qq prelfop on the button and called with 22 cuz 22 is a good hand. I think I am done here

2nd time it folded a hand on me. One time I had 1 table open playing a head up sng. And it folded aces on my prelfop. They refunded that to me
