Demanded a refund

They provided a tournament ticket
I alleged criminal behavior
I asked for a supervisor
Now- She offered a 50 Dollar Cash bonus or the 105 Tourney Ticket for my $105 cash buy in (nothing additional- just a half refund or a full tourney ticket refund)
Spazzed again
Was told there is no way I'm getting a cash refund
I alleged criminal behavior again
I provided a theoretical example
They finally refunded the $105
Ignition is unfathomable, but I'll still continue to play. Bottom line.
EDIT: I forgot to mention- 10x at least, "can you please hold" "sorry for the long hold"
