Be careful to pay attention to account balances again I was not paid out for 3 sng cashes the thursday before Memorial Day and waited close to a week to get refunded. Since then I have been paying close attention to my balance and only playing during daytime hours due to the lag/dc situation in the evening/night. I wasnt having any problems until after a couple hours of grinding today I ran into the same problem. This one was almost comical as it was a 6max Double-Up where 4 handed I folded bb after utg shove and utg1 call. The utg1 player had more chips and won the hand ending the sng. The box pops up saying I finished 4th. I folded bb last hand with 1472 chips left so how could I possibly finish 4th? Just be careful because there is clearly some type of glitch still happening occasionally.

Has anyone experienced this glitch playing hypers?

I suggest going under Account<Hand History<Game Transactions and looking at the last HH of the games it shows you did not cash in. This is the 4th time its shown that I did not cash yet the HH clearly shows that I did.

Did anyone else notice that other people's hole cards don't show up in the database for non showdown hands anymore? Although if you're really curious you can still see their hole cards if you type in the hand number into Bovada's hand history search engine.

The table freezes and disconnects are still happening for me today. I called customer support to let them know that their maintenance didn't fix the issue and I was told I was the only person that called today. So if are you still experiencing the issues contact customer support at 855-370-0600.
