I had 2 tables out of 3 time down and then do the fast-forward thing after 2-4 mins. The other table was working fine during that. All cash games.

I tried calling as well. Took 40 mins. I was able to get a very small refund (half what I contributed to one pot). I was mainly trying to get relevant info on if this will be fixed, but to no avail. She mentioned they had an update a couple days ago, but wasn't sure when another would be coming. And of course there was no acknowledgement of an issue on their end.

Is there anybody that HASNT had this issue yet?

My tables keep on freezing With all the guarantees going down and cash becoming a joke I might have grind elsewhere

Thanks for the compliment. Ill admit i was joking when i said all i do is grim, it was childish to say such things. However the only people i grim are short stacks who sit the tables im trying to start. I am not fond playing a 30bb stack when i have 100bbs. I do not leave though, ill play my button, then ask them to buy in for more. If they dont ill wait a few minutes then leave. If they do add more then ill play.

I played the $30 heads up tournament just now and in my first match my opponent got disconnected in the 2nd blind level. He lost about 150 chips. I asked him if he got disconnected and he said "yes been happening all day"

Fast forward to the big blind being 200 and me being down in chips about 4000 to 2000. Well I get disconnected and by the time I close the table and get back in I am down to about 1k or a little less. Have to shove a totally marginal hand and I'm out.

I'm on the phone now and waiting the resolution..........

and no resolution. they will look into it further. what a freaking mess of a company. I begged the girl to push it up the chain of command and have them read all the comments here. I have to believe that the owners are being sold lies by the software guys and do not know how bad it is.

I've been waiting since they changed to ignition for a decent poker bonus... all they have is the same lame impossible to clear signup bonus. wtf? Didn't bovada used to run periodic bonuses or am I misremembering?

Just spent over a half hour on the phone. Got frozen out of two tourneys (Mad Monday #8/9) for almost 10 minutes on the bubble and blinded off a significant portion of my stack. After having me on hold for a while they said that after review they found no disconnects and that I was able to play just fine. I said that I was never disconnected, just frozen in two tournaments while a third ran fine. She double checked and confirmed that I'm lying, this never happened

ETA: She also told me that they checked everyone else's account at my table in the tourneys, and they had no issues as well. Which is obviously BS; people were chatting about the DC's and freeze-ups the whole time. I shouldn't have even called... so much more tilted now

Also, anyone able to play cash? I'm in the 10k knockout and I can play zone, but if I try to open a cash table it says my password is incorrect. wtf?

American player who wants to cash out about $1000 on Ignition but don't want to bother with Bitcoin. What's the processing time like on check by courier? I assume a wire transfer wouldn't work given the current political climate in Murika.

Seems pretty messed up.

I can get on, but the cash tables either sit at 99% or I get a message saying I'm connected to a server that will shut down soon and to find another table.

I hate having to deal with this company....

The lack of transparency in situations like this always aggravates me more than the lag itself. If Ignition would release a statement in some capacity commenting on the blatantly obvious issues, even if it was "We're not sure what's going on, but we're working around the clock to fix it...", then I'd be much more forgiving. But to pretend like it's all an isolated incident and try to sweep it under the rug until you can find a fix is a slap in the face.

I like ignition and have played here for many years, but I've been looking for new sites to play on after all the recent nonsense. I hope they get their act together because I'd like to stay.

99% for 2 mins, finally get on a table, 1 hand vs short stack, 75 v 77 on 755, then we both get lag disconnected

Site is turning into a joke

Site has been like this all morning and is still like this now at 12:30pm ET.

On the plus side, I'm in a low buy-in SnG and that seems to be working just fine.

Anyone else having problems downloading hand histories? Maybe the lag and disconnects are extra bad when there's a problem with that.

yeah - I haven't been able to d/l any since the switch to Ignition

I click "download all" and then they switch to "download requested" forever. I just never get them.
