yea I giveup for the night I rarely have issues on ignition but this lag is insane. I emailed them and gave them some ID's of the sngs I was lagged out on or didnt popup at all we will see if I get any refund.

Did Ignition remove the game lobby? Now you just get auto-seated by whatever game filter you have selected?

Has anyone had better luck with just waiting out table freezes when they happen as opposed to restarting the client? Sometimes restarting works fine but ~ half the time tables get stuck reloading at 100%. The alternative seems to be waiting and eventually seeing an orbit's worth of hands zoom by in which you inevitably fold 5 monsters pre, but idk which takes longer.

Got locked out of a ft for my last table and got back in to run aj into aces first hand, fitting end for the session lol.

the 100k beat the guarantee by $50. So based off that i guess we can safely assume a TON of players are not playing until this lag/disconnect situation is fixed

I always play the 100k every sunday and the nightly 25k. Haven't played a tourney since friday. It's just too tilting to deal with lag/freezing/disconnects. Played a live tourney tonight instead. lol

@pokemonmaster2000 - I played ~$200 worth of buyins Friday and dealt with freezes throughout, but ended up cashing in most of them - you're saying that they'll still refund my buyins if I call? Sounds like a fair trade off lol. I'm gunna give it a shot

i just started playing on the new bovada / ignition site and it ****ing disconnects every big pot i play im soo ****ing tilted right now. also wtf is this no lobby bull**** i just sit there with no one to ****ing play HU.

this **** is nonsense. i try to play games and just get sat with some 30bb idiot hu who doesnt play. and then the game never fills. people shouldn't be able to just sit out infinitely when it seems like the seating algorithm makes me sit tables with the lowest # of players

*** WARNING BODOG WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH NO REASON ***

Hello people of Bodog, I am writing this as a warning to all the players out there and to share my experience of playing on Bodog.

I am a Mexican player and one of the new accounts since Bodog opened here, I played quite a bit initialy on Bodog almost always tournaments with some success. (Maybe won over $1000)

Initialy I have made one cashout through the bitcoins for around $150, everything was very normal and proceeding smoothly.

I stopped playing on Bodog to focus on my real life job and on May 15th they sent an email asking for documents for verification to proceed with a withdrawl to a bitcoin wallet. Super normal stuff BUT I didnt see the email, its a poker only email address and like most normal people I dont check it everyday or even every week so I didnt know they had emailed.

Like I said I did not see the email then 3 days later they sent me this

I did not see these emails until the 24th of May when I quickly replied that I will send in my documents as soon as possible.

Then I get this email only 2 days later saying they closed my account and took the money too... I dont know what to do, they said they tried calling me but I never recieved the calls and I cannot log into my account to check if they have the correct number.

I have done nothing wrong other then not IMMEDIATELY send in my documents for verification which I did yesterday.

Apprently now it doesnt even matter that I sent in these documents or what cellphone number I give them because they 'Prefer to communicate with the one registered on the account' which I have no idea what one that is!!!

This is the first time something like this has ever happened and I didnt do anything wrong so im just blown away, there was over $1000 in the account and I made the deposit using my own damn credit card too.

BE WARNED IF YOU PLAY ON BODOG THEY CAN SCAM YOU FOR NO REASON

From your own words, it sounds like they caught you multiaccounting- if so, good on them

Not clicking any of your links, but its pretty obvious your name is different than the name the account is registered under

What? Those 'links' are screenshots to the emails they sent and when you sign up to Bodog from Mexico you need a unique tax code so how could I multi account? I hardly even play!

Its easier for me to remember what happened in a hand if im sitting wherever the site sits me. It also feels more authentic to me. Ill go into auto pilot easier if im sitting in the same seat at every table. Just feels more robotic that way.

I don't understand this logic. I am decidedly skeptical of people posting this kind of stuff too, but the truth is that towing the 2+2 line is to ALWAYS assume the poster is in the wrong. I just feel that this can't be the case every single time. Perhaps this particular instance did include the poster doing something shady, but surely this is not every single time.

We need to be more objective when looking at complaints like this. Because undoubtedly a % of them will be legitimate. Is it really so inconceivable that a site like Bodog would take someone's funds without reason?

I've been posting on 2p2 since 2003 and do you know how many people have complained over the years about [insert site here] scamming them? 95+% of the time they deserve to have their account closed. But no, not every single time. Enough to harbor doubt and skepticism. It would seem this is also one of those times. The very last picture says they want to "discuss the account closure" on the phone. Why not give them a time to call as they asked and ask them why they did it? Why was that not done before calling them a scam? It's because he knows he broke the rules and is upset about it.
