I checked PT4 and my account balance , everything is fine

There are times where I look at my account and think " this can't be right "

but after looking at all my logs and everything , it's always been right

So double-check everything as this is most likely to be human error

just checked, I think I'm short about $60. Number doesn't even really make sense. I'm going to quadruple check tomorrow in the AM when I might be a little bit fresher

I'm missing $43 from my balance.

I registered a $20 don yesterday at 4:08 EST, but the tournament never loaded and did not show up in my lobby. Under my "Game Transactions" tab, it says that my prize was $21 (implying that it was canceled). However, upon checking my cashier, I was not credited the $21. Then this morning I registered the $20+2 MTT at 9:00 EST. This tournament was also canceled because only 5 people registered. This time there is no record of the tournament under my "Game Transactions" tab, and I was also not refunded the $22.

I'm sure that they will eventually refund me, but I'm going to play on ACR until they do.

I see the double and triple ups are back but if you guys are being shorted with a glitch then you might want to wait a bit to play them.

An open letter is generally sent by a respected and influential person, group of people, or organization. Which of these are you?

The guy made good points in his letter. Maybe Ignition DGAF, who knows, but I don't see why people are ripping on him for expressing legit complaints.

We all take it in the A from Ignition. Some of us apparently enjoy it.

Since you want to be a dick to the guy. "generally sent" just means in most cases it's one of those people, but not always. Shut up.

Me, for instance? I used to hang out with a New Yorker who would call me out on this passive-aggressive bs. So now it's always on my radar.

Not constantly whining about the changes, and losing patience with those who do, does not equal enjoyment.

I could stomach posts from anyone who has actually withdrawn his roll explaining why he did it. That's an action deserving of respect. And only those people are in a position to say anyone still playing on Ignition enjoys taking it up the ass.

Those words were chosen intentionally. I obviously couldn't say "always" in reply to a counter-example. No doubt someone could dig up other examples of a random person publishing his open letters.

He correctly stated that publishing an open letter serves another purpose besides having the addressee read it. That purpose, however, is served when the publisher is respected and influential.

Sorry to derail from calling each other dicks and other pettiness, but are the tournaments still playable on ignition? I withdrew my roll when the new cash game lobby went into effect, so haven't been online in a while. Thanks.

I play cash and MTTS and the tourneys are still running fine. Besides the occasional table freezeup, which seems to be a new issue.

How bad are these game freezes? Would like to get a session soon, but little wary if the software is crapping out fairly often...

I 4 table cash and whatever mtt's are going too, and it usually just affects one table. Happens maybe once per session, sometimes not at all. When it happens it lasts like 30-60 seconds, then the table reloads. Usually just miss one hand, but when it happens you just get folded (no disconnect timebank).

Thanks, knowing me, I'll have AA, with AA flop, when that happens. I'll risk it.

The most tilting part for me is that when the table freeze happens the hand doesn't get put into the hand history, so you can't see what happened. And you can't contact support because there's no hand # or even table name you can reference.

Just cashed in an MTT and didn't receive my payout. No history in my transactions. Keep an eye on your balances everyone
