Which brings me back to my original question about how to escalate. I guess you have no idea since you claim to have no understanding of how ignition works, so to clarify, after many conversations with them over the phone I've never been able to get to anyone who can actually do something. Always the same answer that leads nowhere. This can be very frustrating especially when dealing with a with a relatively decent chunk of money. So I'm curios how to get to someone higher by "escalating." I guess since you have no idea about ignition just posting the definition would be your only way to help. So again I apologize.
I feel like you are passive aggressively still talking smack about what bobo replied with. He is always helpful and like he said tons of people might not have English as their first language so posting the definition to what seemed like a question most would know the answer to seems okay to me.

With that being said idk why you keep acting like you don't know "how to escalate" pretty easy to escalate and get to someone higher imo. You simply ask, "I would like to speak to your manager or your supervisors manager" calmly and politely. Then you keep doing that until you feel you are talking to someone who knows how to do their job.

I do hope that your money is given to you promptly and everything works out asap.

Ok thanks for the response. I'm just curios have you ever had to deal with ignition support? From any experience I've had with them, asking to speak to their super and so on and so forth doesn't go anywhere. That's more what I mean when I ask, "what do you mean by escalate?" Or how do you escalate with a customer service that doesn't really allow you to move anywhere past the first level or sidesteps you to email support which also seems to keep it no deeper than the first level. IMO this is by choice and there IS someone there who can actually do something, but it's not as simple as asking to speak to them. That's my problem. How do I get there. While at the same time I'm curious if anyone has had this experience when actually sending money to them. I'm not sure if you do play there or not but I would think this would be a concern for all who do.

Hey man. I just trade emails with Ignition when I need help. Hasn't failed me yet. Good luck.

Thanks nick. Yeah I have been emailing back n forth with them for 4.5 days. It's been the same generic response every time no matter what I ask or how I word a new one. Most of them add a timeframe for the issue to be resolved and all the timeframes have been passed as well as they never actually update me once the timeframe is up as they state they will. I just have to send another email once the given timeframe is up, which then leads to another email of the same that returns to me.

That is how he "helps" people on the forum. Almost always in the form of sarcasm and rudeness.

I don't know why 2p2 don't let this guy go already. He hurts a lot more than he helps.

Waiting to hear back from support.

Does anyone have a definite answer on playing during a vacation in a "banned" country/state. I remember they were letting us play wherever as long as it was only a couple weeks or so, but then eventually locking the account until we were back on our accepted ip and maybe resent some documents, but with so much changing lately i dont really want to take a chance in a grey area.

Also curious about this. Let us know if you hear anything definitive.

However, since you posted this:

It would seem that you've been down this road already. That being the case, hopefully someone who has had success escalating there can give you some tips as you've asked here:

No worries. Going back over our exchange, understanding now exactly what you meant, I can see how my reply could have come across in a rude manner; my apologies for the misunderstanding.

If you feel this strongly, you should let management know what a terrible detriment I am to the forums. There's also a forum that would be the perfect place to vent your frustrations:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/55/about-forums/

Either way, this isn't the thread for it.

I feel like enough has been said about this so I'll just post an update once I have some progress with ignition (or I should say hopefully have progress). FYI I did attempt to escalate calmly and politely and I was never able to get past the first person I spoke with at any point. No matter how many times or reasons I gave. So if anyone has had experience with actually being able to reach someone beyond the first tier of customer service with them please chime in if you can. Thanks again for all the responses and again I'll update if anything good or bad happens.

Damn sorry to hear. To be fair, I was able to get the issue escalated just by saying it when they were still Bovada. Who knows what Ignition does...Keep us updated.

when there's no other table with an open seat available, it sends you to an empty table as essentially as table-stater.

This new lobby setup might actually turn out to be an improvement in terms of stocking games. It forces people to open tables and/or join tables that only have a single player. Previously, many players would have sat on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to do it.

Bovada Card Catcher no longer works. I am not getting any hand histories since the upgrade. It appears the tables no longer have names.

As someone who plays multiple stakes, this kinda sucks. Can't get a grasp on what's running without tons of table closing and clicking. Also, as an avid table starter, this sucks because players are auto sat to the left. Hopefully I'm missing something

iHoldem Indicator seems to still work despite tables no longer having names. Seems goofy that table selection is completely unavailable.

Obviously it's not gonna work the when they change the entire cash game lobby. It's a third party software and it's not like Ignition is informing them of the changes or working with them to adjust to the new setup. My guess is they will come up with a fix in time. There's a separate thread for Card Catcher support.

Yeah if I wanted to play heads up... I'd play heads up.

Indeed. I don't play HU. If Ignition forces me to start a new table, I will simply sit out until the table has 4+ players.

I wish it would remember the stake you play.

That's fine. You'll be helping stock the table that way, and it'll fill up quicker

never got 4 tables of 5/10nl at 930 central time faster, although the drop down thing is annoying and the 2nd seat always to your left sucks also
