This seems to be happening to a lot of people right now... they asked me questions like
"how much do you bet per hand?"
me: $50-$500
they respond: "isnt it strange that you have such a large spread?"
me: ... wtf kind of statement is that??
them: "isnt it also weird that youd bet $500 with such a small bankroll?
me: once again, wtf are they talking about? what are they accusing me of? how the **** does this guy know what my bankroll is? why is that any of his business or how is that relevant to any accusations they are making?

I've been getting the "Already at this table..." nonsense for about a week now. It is clearly a glitch on their end.

And to people thinking that Ignition is trustworthy... please remove the beer goggles. I would never ever keep a significant amount of money on the site.

The terms of service specifically state that bonuses are meant for recreational players. That is a huge red flag. That basically means if you happen to win too much money they won't let you have it. In the last 6 months, they also capped certain bonuses at 7x. Win anything more and it is forfeit essentially.

If anyone remembers the "credit back" glitch where on leaving a table the money was not properly credited back to your account. Well, they never notified the customers as far as i know. I never got an email or phone call. So they were okay with acting like nothing happened and pocketing that money. We (the customers) had to call/email them, provide proof, and convince them that we had been screwed before the money was given back. That is a huge red flag.

In the times I've called them they clearly dodge specific questions, act aloof, sometimes rude, and straight up lie about things. I will say that on occasion i have talked to certain employees who i would call dissenters... in that they genuinely feel for the customers and seem to bend the rules. However, more often than not I'm usually treated as a burden at best.

Regarding the latest glitch with the "Already seated at the table" crap. I suspect they're trying to implement certain security changes on their end and it went wrong and is causing issues.

Why are you still here? If you hate ignition so much, quit already. No one will miss you.

yeah im not one for jumping all over them about glitches and problems but if players really werent notified after the (****ing insane) glitch with money disappearing that's shady as ****. and this new glitch is really putting my faith in them at risk.

Even if this is a new security feature it has a ton of problems with it. If someone is "associating" with another player at the table that is collusion and they should have their funds seized and given back, not given a popup warning that they can't play with their buddy. And how deep does "association" go? I'm sure the 10/20 regs have thousands and thousands of hands with eachother, would that make them associates? Is someone investigating every player and flagging them manually, or is software left to decide? Right now it seems like the latter, and I can't imagine that going well without human intervention. Probably because it isn't.

I just got a pop-up message that said "You cannot join this table due to an affiliation with another player already seated at the table." Which really threw me off as I don't know anyone else that plays on Ignition.

I did email cust. support and am waiting a response. Has anyone else gotten this?

What the hell? I was in a tournament, my client froze, restarted it, and now I try joining my table or even view other tables and it says the table is no longer available.

Edit: Just figured it out. Clicked the last table on the list and it took me to my table. Very odd.

I'm getting the affiliated player seated glitch at about 70% of the tables I try to sit at. Unplayable.

I'm also getting the affilliliated table thing. Really pissing me off.

(We're sorry. You seem to be associated with a player already seated or registered at the table. Please contact customer service for more information.)

Is this a temporary glitch?

Really hope this isn't some sort of anti-reg software they're trying to implement to keep regs off tables with net-depositor's

There was a massive fish at my table today that got the warning notice, it's not some elaborate scheme to segregate winners from the recs. It's just a glitch in the software bc the software is the worst.

Be that as it may, its getting pretty absurd at this point. We're going on 3+ days and counting and its actually currently worse now for me then its been at any prior point. I'm being forced to play two stakes lower than my normal tables right now because of the glitch... Tables are breaking what seems like far more often because I assume people are having trouble sitting. You'd expect from any half decent company that when they raise the price of their product you actually get a better product, but nahhhhhh, with these guys its completely the opposite.

fwiw I found that if I disconnect my isp, connect a different one, and sign back into ignition, the affiliated player warning goes away.
