I was not talking about bonuses at ignition. I was talking about bonuses at Slots. I was simply stating that multiple people have been flagged. Personally I hope you, juicemaster, and everyone else get all your money back you've won at these sites. I am not a fan of them in them in the least. I think they operate in shady ways and have done a piss poor job with their poker network over the last year.

I don't use bitcoin and I was more so referring to the client, but touche.

To be clear, I think this is on their end, the software was being wonky/glitchy earlier in the evening. I expect this to be fixed but if it continues I'll update the thread.

Customer service just informed me that the "associated with other players" message is a technical glitch on Ignition's end. They're working to fix it.

I'd be interested in hearing those as well. If you are truly looking for help, posting those might help your (mom's) cause. However, it might also paint a different picture and have you continue to be ridiculed. Decisions decisions...

Damn this seating glitch is annoying.

hey guys just started playing bodog over the last 3 months, got a message saying I was associated with another player at a table. I don't know anyone else that plays on bodog , or use software or have multiple accounts or anything of the sort.

Anyone else ever get this message?

Add me to the list of people getting the "associated with" error message. It's always something with Ignition

The customer service rep had me uninstall, clear my cache, and reboot which did nothing. I was then asked to send my log files to support and thanked for using bitcoins lol.

Fwiw, I was playing at the table an hour and a half before. Maybe that triggers the glitch?

ignition is protecting their donks by preventing us playing with them via the associated player "glitch"

I've been getting the glitch randomly today too. Although I was able to sit a table some time after getting denied several times. Kind of annoying because all the table I get the denial message on look like really juicy tables lol.

I played all night last night without hitting this. Now I get it at every table.

The last 3 days when I try to sit in a game (always 30-60 o8) I occasionally get a pop up that says I can't join the game becuse of an existing relationship with another player. A few times this has happened when I tried to sit somebody heads up.

I have no idea who is in the game, my account shouldn't be linked with anyone, nobody else plays on my wifi and I have a brand new computer for only a few sites that no other screen name has ever signed onto from.

Support has not been very helpful and just keeps saying they are looking into it. Any ideas? This is a pretty bad problem as often there are only 1-2 games going st this limit and I'm not always able to sit in them

+1 come on Ignition get it together already - hard enough to find a table as is with the no waiting list feature.
