so does the Ignition Card Catcher work well? Will it integrate with PT4, or is it designed to work alone?

I am sure this has been talked about a million times but why in the world does ignition not have synced breaks. I know I would play at least $50-$100 per day in tournaments if they did.

To keep grinders away. They don't want a presumably decent player like yourself putting in $50-$100 more per day when they can have rec fishies pass around the money and not withdraw.

That at least makes sense.

Curious about this black diamond poker open series.... anyone have any idea why they give you a 6k starting stack in the $106k on Sundays instead of 10k

I mean I know it's the 6 year anniversary and every tourney starts at :06 on the hour, but is that really reason enough to give 4k less of a starting stack?

"Hey it's the 6 year anniversary of this tourney series... so lets make our best tourney of the week an even worse structure just to be cute...."

I just called them and theyre adamant about "everyone can only do 3k/5days via btc"... not sure what else to do given theyve blocked wire as an option for me now.

Is anyone able to use the HEM2 hud and also see hole cards the next day? I tried using the HEM2 hud a while back in conjunction with bovada card catcher from ace poker solutions but it wouldn't let me view the hole cards the next day since it seemed like it was catching the data real time and blocking the view of hole cards.

Thanks guys.

You need the Ignition Hand Converter and you can download them AFTER 24hours...

Convert it and import it into PT4/HEM

I'm to the point where I'm pretty sure Ignition/Bovada doesn't really care about anything but casino cheaters.

1. I've sent 3 emails this week about the same individual stalling at a table (running time bank + extra time down) on every hand. Called them too while it was happening, and got the run-around. I just sent an email with 15 screenshots of it happening. I bet nothing is done about it.

2. They purposely act oblivious when their software hiccups and causes lost money in people's account.

3. They don't respond seriously to emails about bots.

4. If you don't do all the leg work (hand histories, screenshots, dates, times, table #'s, hand #'s) nothing will get done.

...nothing but emails stating one of two things:

"Thank you for contacting us. We take these matters seriously. We're looking into it."

BS

"We have zero issues on our end regarding the software. Please do the following and check your internet connection..."

BS

EDIT:

I find it comical that Ignition support harped on one of the posters a few pages back who uses hold'em manager. Sir, we don't allow software that gives an unfair advantage to players. Hah... ya okay Ignition.

Anyone ever had an unusually long wait when depositing via BTC?

I've used it twice before and usually the money shows up in under an hour. Its been about 9 hours now. I called support at hour 3 and asked what was up, as i can clearly see the coin was transferred and then left their wallet. They basically said to call back around 6 hours and then send a picture of the BTC transaction through my wallet, which I've done.

I'm not super worried, but I am curious if anyone else has had a delay this long?

i rather have people stall than use HUDs, but they do need to fix the timebank situation, it refills too often. turbos shouldn't have 90sec timebanks.

Has anyone tried requesting a site history from Bovada for 2016 tax purposes? Any tips would be appreciated if anyone has already started this process. Does Ignition support even respond to Bovada related queries at this point, or is there a support line set up for ongoing Bovada related stuff post-Bovada? Thanks.

Played for month here. Lost around 250-300$ due to lags of the software. Nothing was done by them to help me with that issue.

Unfortunately, no matter how many times you ask they'll never provide you with this information.

Has anyone had any similar problems? I've been playing on bovada/ignition for years on the same computer and never had anything like this happen? It's really f***n annoying. I haven't timed it or anything but it always seems to happen about an hour into my sessions. And I can jus close ignition open it again and it will work fine, but only for another hour until it shuts down again.

Any help would be appreciated.. Ty

Im having this about 3 times a day out of the blue as well. Anyone know if this is a new trend starting all around or just the same issues that others have regularly are finally catching me too?

They have provided me with this information before.

Hi there,

If possible I would like to request a complete transaction history of my account from August 1, 2015 to present. This will help me in filing taxes.

Also is there any relevant information you wish to share with me regarding filing taxes, or advice you give to customers who are filing taxes on winnings from Bovada?

Thank you very much,

XXXXX

FWIW, I play at least 4-6 hours per day and I've never had this happen. I rarely get disconnected unless it's on my end. Not trying to defend ignition, but I rarely encounter the issues most people here report.
