No issues here. Exchanged maybe a half dozen emails with them over the last month.

You could always call them too.

I wouldn't bother with LibertyX, at least if my experience is anything to go by. When I first needed Bitcoin last year I visited several outlets listed on their app. Not a single one had any clue what I was talking about. I got the impression they just listed a load of stores to make their service seem more widespread than it actually was.

When the game is over, don't click yes to play another, or you will get the dual tables pop up. Say, no, then register via the lobby. But wait, can it be that easy? No. The lobby wasn't updating for me even when switching between tabs. I found that if you switch through multiple tabs before returning to the sit and go tab that the lobby appears to update, and then you can register.

I'm not yet sure if this will resolve the incessant crashing or not, however.

As for changes in traffic and play, everything seems typical for a Saturday night as far as I can tell.

EDIT: Okay, the issue is back now even when manually registering for tournaments. Guess the entire thing is FUBAR. Pretty damn hard to play when every time I close a dead table the client crashes.
My solution is to stack the dead clone tables off to the side and never click "close" until I'm completely done playing for the night. This seems to work for now until they fix the bug.

Worked it out via phone. Thanks

Lol tournaments are glitching and closing registration when they start. The 10+1 3k guaranteed has 16 people in it and only 16 people playing. 1500 for first, lawl. I was too late to get in it

Think they will actually pay out the 3k?

No. They cancel it and refund the players. It's happened many many times.

This is still going on. It don't crash my client but it's a pain to have to close these out and I have to click other stuff to move each table where I want with my placemint table setup.

I've been doing the same thing, but I find that once it gets to 20+ dead stacked tables, the software starts to get pretty laggy.

I've been calling them everyday since this started happening last Thursday morning, and I think we all should be calling them nonstop until it is fixed. At first they told me that no one else has reported this issue and kept trying to troubleshoot it with DNS stuff as if it was my computer or the fact that I play on parallels for mac. It's nice to know it's an issue on their end and I'm not the only one.

^Definitely happening to me as well. Very tilting.

Also, anyone else just notice the money burning in the lobby picture advertising the Mad Monday tourneys? LOL

Hey, guys. Do you know is it safe to have Flopzila open while playing on Bovava/Ignition?

they don't run any scans, they have no idea what software is running. If you're just using it to remember your preflop ranges i don't even think it would be against tos anyways

This double table thing is absurd. I don't think that customer service can hang up on customers, I kind of just want to stay on the phone with them and see how long they'll keep trying to get me to hang up.

the worst part is that the action has slowed considerably on the site since this started happening... i've talked to a lot of fish in chat who have said they are cashing money out to be safe

Everything I've seen on this site so far leads me to believe that they probably outsource their programming or at most have 1 or 2 in-house programmers. Furthermore, their backend (what runs on their end) software seems to be complete trash and they are either:

1. Clueless about how to fix it
2. Simply overwhelmed
3. Or the programmers know they have the company bent over hard and are milking the crap out of it.

I lean towards #3 since you can't so easily fire those people and hire someone else to fix it. In fact, management in a lot of cases is scared to fire those people because they (management) know so little, while the programmer knows so much and has a ton of leverage.

It looks like they finally fixed the ghost table spawn bug and it didn't require a software update since it corrected itself for me mid session in the middle of the night/ early morning so it was probably a backend issue.
