$154 randomly missing from my account and I was registered into a random $11 tournament and had 60 chips...what?

has def happened before, they've always made it right. i'm def nowhere near panic mode yet. more just irritated because i took a break for dinner and want to get back to grinding but don't want to until they get this all sorted

Ive never seen my account balance suddenly drop down over 300 dollars while not playing anything and not playing anything for a good 3 hours.

Wasting your time. The only way to fix this is a rollback.

does anyone remember back when bovada didn't have these software issues (im thinking like before december 2015) and then they updated their software and it was glitchy and problematic all the time like it is now??? well how come they can't just go back and use the old reliable software????

Transaction history is correct accept its missing my money i won before the glitch

To those, like myself, who are missing funds, try going to Cashier in the poker client, and clicking on transactions. For me, the "Ending Balance" is inaccurate and low, but the balance listed on the right-hand side of the most recent transaction is correct. If others find the same thing, I am hopeful that they have accurate records.

my balance.. some of it returned but I am still missing some (90% sure, was playing cash so don't really know but think so)

in the past does it update automatically sometime later on its on (after still ~half updating you could say) or should I email/badger them? it seems ridiculous, a balance is something you just auto assume is right and I never look closely but It feels I'm missing like 1k+ still..

THis is the case for me too. No matter whats going on, people randomly missing money out of their accounts while not playing anything is beyond troubling.

I just noticed that if you go to transactions in the cashier...the most recent games only show up when you filter for last "3 days" instead of "1 day". For some reason the newest stuff doesn't show up if you are looking at 1 day. Weird.

Pretty sure the only way to fix this issue is by rolling the servers back.

It's been about an hour since I logged off and there has been some activity in my account. I had played 8 games, and now the hand history shows 9, but the 9th was credited. However, my balance is still off by $75 CAD, and the latest transaction history makes little sense. It appears like I was charged for 5 tournaments when I wasn't even online, and credited for something like 4 or so. It's basically a giant mess. But it's easy to figure out where my balance should be when I won 3 and lost 5 of the same game type and buyin.

As the other poster said, I'm more annoyed than anything to have had my session interrupted.

EDIT: I too have nothing under 1 day of transaction history, and only transactions under 3 days of history.

Looking back at my transaction history I'm missing all the buy-ins from sitting at new tables when they were glitching. Multiple 100bb buy-ins recorded, but no cashouts

ok so this is a little concerning- my balance is down about $1783 less than what it should be and i ended my last session at 8:18pm EST. however, in the recent transactions list, there is a bunch of activity on my account showing cash game buyins/cashouts that i did not make, from 9:12pm to 9:21pm, until i sat at two tables at 9:38pm, realized my balance was incorrect, and sat out/left those two tables.

the total amount in the transactions for that time period (9:12-9:21) only comes to -$917 tho, and i'm missing a cashout from a couple of the tables from my last session which more than likely accounts for the other ~$870ish

after seeing all this activity/various transactions on my account re: buying into tables that i totally did not make, i'm actually kinda shook now. wonder if the site was hacked
