I ws in a few sit n goes when it went out. Anyone know how Ignition handles tht in terms of a refund. They all literally disappeared.

I've never usually had an issue getting a refund when the whole site takes a dump. I just make sure to call them out on their typical response BS where they say it is your connection by stating:

1. Multiple people at the table disconnected at the same time.
2. Your website went down.
3. All 20 of my internet applications remained stable except yours
4. To further verify i attempted a connection to your server and website from two different internet connections and each failed.

So they reimbursed me some money that I lost during the crash. I think it is BS that they push it as a bonus that needs to be completed by using the casino or poker points. However, what does it mean, "Spend 'X' POKER points"? I've been playing poker and i don't see the bonus requirement being filled ... so it doesn't mean earn poker points. I bought a tournament ticket and that didn't do anything either.

Pretty sure I was playing against a glitched bot tonight at 3/6 PLO.

It played normal at 6max but when the table broke to HU, it was minraising buttons and folded to something like 12/12 3bets over the course of 50 hands. It played normal/loose OOP. I can post the hands tomorrow. I wonder if they would investigate this at all if I e-mailed them...

Yes... definitely email them. If he really folded to 12/12 3bets in HUPLO there is no explanation other than it is a bot glitching.

I emailed them about suspected bots at a sng and got a dumb response that said something like...

"...If you suspect colluding please give us the table number, which hands, and what players were involved."


I wanted to reply back, "Hey idiots, I said 'bots' ... not colluding and i gave you the tournament # so you can do honest work, review it, and catch the cheaters."

However, i decided not to because their initially response was so ridiculous that i figured they had zero intention of doing anything.


I've casually noticed what seems like more bots at low stakes SNGs than mid stakes. The SNG i mentioned above happened mid day... at least 3 players were playing the EXACT same way. Same at a lot of limit hold'em tables. On both it seems nearly perfect preflop strategy and ridiculously repetitive post flop strategy. I don't know if the 3bet min raise / check mine raise is like the new thing lately... but i see it with so much frequency and it has almost always been top pair or better.

For me it says "Spend" poker points to clear bonuses but has cleared just by earning that amount. I believe the amount to clear might increase with profits while bonus is active and hasn't cleared yet.

Can anyone confirm that Ignition runs ok on the newest MacOS update, 10.12.3? I want to be sure before installing.

So when I played on ACR about three weeks ago, there were 100% confirmed Bots in $5 and under HU NL games and I also saw them in $5 and under 9max sng and multie trnys. With Ignition not even having a license, I can all but guarantee you there are bots playing at low levels.

Did you confirm this by thinking about it?

Oh, OK. I'm convinced. Not sure what having or not having a license has to do with the presence of bots, but since you can all but guarantee it, it must be true.

it's pretty dumb to assume that there aren't bots either. i guess technically you can't say there actually are unless you yourself have one or else you can never have direct proof. but there's a 99.99% chance there are dozens of bots running each day at 200+ , table cap helps out a lot though

If there are people capable of throwing a bot together to beat $200plo on Stars, I just assume that there are quite a few bots at all stakes on ignition.
