Just want to post about an experience I just had on Ignition.

Was playing in a 6 handed cash game when suddenly the game darkened and a screen popped up saying "This table is no longer available". I've seen this sort of thing happen before, and wasn't very concerned. I closed out of the table.

I then noticed that my balance did not include the amount that was still on the table. Again, not concerned, because I figured maybe the software still considered me at the table. I close the software and restarted. Still the money wasn't there.

I called support, and got someone who wasn't able to help, but she was able to escalate it to someone higher on the food chain. Eventually they credited my account (it took over an hour).

I'm just posting to let people know that they need to check their account transactions when weird things happen, and don't assume that it will be correct, or that it will automatically be corrected. I'm happy with the way support handled it, but wonder if it would have been corrected if I hadn't called.

I doubt support actually did anything manually. This happens often and is always automatically credited back even though it can take a while sometimes. I don't recall seeing any reports where it was never credited back.

Yea. Similar experience myself back in June at a final table.

It's not even about who's good at poker anymore. It's about whether, or not the site happens to be functioning properly when you make a deep run. It's like Poker Roulette these days. It's sad to see it causing all the overlays. As it's obviously happening to a lot of players and is discouraging them from playing here.

Is there a HUD for Americans that tracks financial losses to due software issues and malfunctions?

Got on to update the people in this thread about the manager's response to the status of the hand history bug and get a bunch of useless responses and complaining. Now it's fixed, go figure. Won't make that mistake again.

Is there a reason that there are no 1/2 9-handed tables? Also not seeing any empty 2/4 9-handed tables.

I'm not sure there about other games but 2/4 limit 6 max tables are missing. There are 1/2 and 3/6. I think the lobby might be goofed at the moment. Just reporting so if other tables are missing players can report.

There is no 2NL on the site. 5NL is the lowest stake.

lol They keep doing server resets every session I play at these late hours PST. I'm getting real tired of their bull*****. Every time they shut down action it tilts the *** out of me. Grind for hours building stacks across 4 tables and these fckers just want to keep pulling the plug. Its hurting them too lmao.

I'd say the software issues on these American facing sites have easily cost players more money than the UB/AP scandal. I just hope they lose more in overlays than they've cost players. These days I just log in for the lols on the overlays.

yes, it happened to me twice today, before today its been a while.. sitngo and tournies 6 tabling.. sometimes sitngo isnt there, i have to log out and on again..
and i have to remember which tournies i was playing and open up those lobbies.. sucks, but better than staying crashed i guess..

Hand histories still not fixed 100%. Just downloaded 10 hand history files I played on 11/20 and 5 of them were chock full of duplicates....guess I'll have to hope they'll do another update in a month and fix it the rest of the way. I do at least have full confidence that whenever that does happen that they will break something else...
