I deposited 1k by bitcoin. I got a $100 bonus for poker which you need to clear by getting points. I did that. Ran a little bad and I'm back at my initial deposit amount of 1k.

I go to the withdraw and I see I have $185 locked in some other bonus? And If I want to withdaw right now, I have forfeit the bonus and only get $815?

What's up with this?

also wondering about this and if blockchain is necessary and safer in anyway? I still use it because that's just what I've always done.

link your checking account to it.
Deposit your money to circle account via checking to circle account
get bitcoin address from Ignition.
send money use that address.
Circle has two way authentication for safety protection ( whenever you need login, send or receive money, they will send an code to you cellphone to enter)
Do not do this. Many people in this thread have been flagged. Use a personal wallet to send the money to Ignition or when taking it off. Here is a link to the payout thread for further questions:

You only get flagged if you withdraw from Ignition and don't use BC.

I figured this out for anyone who is new having this issue. Log in through the website and you'll see that you have a casino bonus from depositing. You can forfeit that bonus without losing any money and the problem is fixed. You can't fix this from logging into the poker client.

This. FWIW I got the card catcher running with PT4, super easy to setup. Back to playing now.

Does anyone know if they have resolved the corrupt HH problem yet? And is there any type of work around currently to be able to download all of your hhs? Has anyone tried downloading their hhs from different comptuers to see if that could make a difference at all or is everyone having the same issues with this?

Does this help with importing the hh's at all or does it just help you to use a hud while playing?

Last I remember you couldn't view all hole cards with card catcher.

Yeah, you can't see all hole cards. But it's better than nothing if you wanna log your hands and review them later.

Are you sure PT4 is tracking your hands accurately? i.e., you play 1000 hands and all of the hand histories were imported correctly? Results were correct, hands weren't repeated, etc.? When I've checked my Original Ignition HH's the problem seemed to be with the saving format of repeated hand histories which seems to mess up the conversion with Ignition Hand Converter. I guess what I'm saying is that it seemed to be on ignitions end.

I'm wondering if PT4/Card catcher tracking the hands in real time makes the difference in more accurate results than converting with Ignition Hand Converter. Is this correct?

I'm just asking to make sure before I fork down money for PT4 and Card Catcher. I want to make sure your results and tracking is accurate and you're not just using it for the HUD. Thanks man!

Yeah, I think it totally works around the HH issue, b/c it get the hands from the screen as they are played, it never actually uses the Ignition HH thing. I tried it with one table for about 30 mins, worked fine. Maybe others can comment on accuracy at high volumes.

Cool deal! I'll probably use it temporarily until they fix the hand history bug. Thanks a lot.

The card catcher imports hands traditionally with only showdowns revealed. The value of the hand converter is that bovada/ignition gives you hh files with everyone's holecard information thats then converted into an importable hh file. That's the part that's ****ed up right now. The card catcher is working as it always has.

I don't know about cash games, but I can tell you the MTT traffic has been decreasing. They have lowered a number of the guarantees recently and yesterday the daily 4k 6-max tourney didn't run because not enough people entered it and I have never seen that happen before with that tourney.

Yes 4 posts. Obv a multi accounter who had to open a new 2+2 account to post.

Software and traffic for SNGs are both noticeably better over the last 2 weeks.

Remember folks, Ignition software is not great, but it combines with our internet and our computers. A faster computer will help with some of the issues, also connect your internet with an ethernet cord.

One other thing is to leave your lobby on the "casino" tab opposed to the poker tabs, this seems to help with lag.

Last but not least is the DNS fixes. When I downloaded ignition they had a walk-through on how to do this on their site. I'm sure its still there.
