I don't think they allow you to open a second account, although I believe she can be added to your account.

I don't think they can be changed. Also, I think editing the Back images you have found only alter the appearance of the graphics displayed within settings, and not the images shown at the table.

This same thing happened to me as well on Bodog. I will update as it progresses and when I'm able to get back on my account.

Wow this is alarming, yet somehow standard seeming for this company. Honey bovada dont give a F. Not looking forward to taking a random week vacation

Oh after reading the email you got more carefully, mine wasn't exactly the same. They didn't say there was anything suspicious. Just that my account was disabled and under review. The rest is the same.

Close your browser. And clear your history/cache/temp files if you haven't already done so. Restart the client.

hey guys. is anybody having trouble reloading chips when getting short, or when busting? I had this problem on bovada and now ignition. With both my desktop, and also my labtop. I called today and they told me it is just me and to send a picture of the problem. I send that and a short video. The add chips button just becomes disabled and I am losing major action and its costing me $$$. especially since there really isn't any action anymore. I play HU but have also had the issue on 6 max. Ive had 2 different players in the last 2 nights tell me they cant add chips. So doesn't seem to be just me. Thanks for any input you have.

Does amount of Bitcoin withdrawal effect the time it takes to process? I have a pending 4K withdrawal going in 36 hours now. How long does the normal Bitcoin withdrawal take for approval and To hit your wallet?

Anyone else see this?:
"Poker Points expire every year on June 1. Any unused Poker Points will be removed on June 1 every year.
New players who sign up and earn Poker Points in the month of May will not have their unused Poker Points removed until the following year."

Not a huge deal, but just another way to save by the company for those who are unaware. Site is becoming a bigger and bigger joke yet I still keep coming back. Guess I'm the sucker.

I have been quite confused about the $100 and $1000 bonuses so I decided to ask support before I deposited on my transferred account.

They informed there are three scenarios:

1. You followed their instruction and transferred your account before 10/1
You get the 100% match up to $100 bonus

2. You did not follow their instruction and opened a new account on Ignition
You get the 100% match up to $1000 bonus

3. You did not follow their instruction and transferred your account after the deadline on 10/1
You get the 100% match up to $1000 bonus

So basically if you listened to their instruction, you got screwed. They said there is nothing they can/will do about it but I would encourage others who followed their instruction to email them and voice your concerns.

Hopefully this helps clarify for others… if there are contradictions to this, please let me know, but this is exactly what support told me after several email exchanges.
