No. Changes were to my router which provides the automatic DNS server address automatically.
You, could manually change a client's DNS address if you can find some that work. You can try googling "alternatives to open dns" and try some others.
I just found out my ISP's work fine, Google's Open DNS appear to be blocking (currently).
