its sad how people can unnecessarily be jerks online. There are several reports of that working. Hmmm, every single one must be a coincidence on timing. Thanks for your helpful post tho!

Do they credit back buy-ins automatically? I just called about 2 tournys I was in today where i was disconnected for almost 2 hours and came back to being busted in both. I called to ask for a refund and he told me I need to wait and call back another time. Is this normal?

Customer support has been helpful, refunded me for Friday night (no bonus however) - and now I am in the 100k mini and the 150k special and software is working just fine. I didn't clear any cache, reinstall anything or pray about it, LOL....I just logged in and it worked.....

Bovada has been the one site (outside of Stars-which we can't play in the US) that has always been fair to players, processes cashouts quickly and doesn't seem to have out of control collusion. We should be thankful instead of complaining....

I spoke with support again after finally getting logged in after 40min. I went from 200bb+ to 40bb.......they told me that if i log out and dont play that theyll give me a credit after the event is over.....too frustrated to play so i took this option

Have not been able to get on poker client for last hour just keeps saying not connected and to check my connection but my internet is fine as I have netflix running in the background through by X Box what the hell Bovada this site has sucked since update but what can you do. I see I am not the only one having issues but it sucks been a couple days now poker client has been Sh!!ty.

I, like the rest of you, experienced login problems this afternoon. I finally fixed it by switching off from using Google's OPEN DNS for my DNS servers and back to my ISP's default DNS servers. Voila, login successful. FYI.

I know nothing about how to do this. I am able to sign in to the lobby but when i click register to a tournament it does nothing. If you can give any instructions I would appreciate it.

Do you mean you changed your Internet Protocol Version 4 back to "Obtain DNS server address automatically"?

If so, I tried that with no success

I still can't get in over here. I'm East Coast of the U.S. (Virginia to be exact). I've been having problems since about 1pm est. Shame for this to happen on a Sunday.

I've tried many of the fixes in the last few pages with no luck.

So I called customer service. They suggested I try signing in by manual typing my password in left handed while at the same time patting my head with my right hand. I am having difficulty completing the task to tell you guys if it was successful. Has anyone else tried this?

No. Changes were to my router which provides the automatic DNS server address automatically.

You, could manually change a client's DNS address if you can find some that work. You can try googling "alternatives to open dns" and try some others.

I just found out my ISP's work fine, Google's Open DNS appear to be blocking (currently).
