So I got more specific in my questioning of the zone tables and their unavailability. Ignition support now changes their response.

There's currently no estimated time frame when this will be fix; however, I'd like to assure you that we've escalated the issue and it's being handled. We recommend checking the Poker software periodically for any updates.

So they go from saying everything is fine and check your system to this. If they would send an email or post it on their home page it would alleviate a lot of questions.

200 zone runs basically everyday although not all day, it didnt kill off the 100 zone pool.

Software has been nothing but "fun" since they changed it in Jan 2016, unacceptable that they havent changed/fixed it in over 18 months now but us US players dont have much choice obv. Sad that pretty much every poker sites software at the start of the boom well over a decade ago ran heaps better than what we're playing on today

Just here to echo the same as everyone else. Frozen out of my hyper sngs with double up at several tables already, never able to return to them. Load to 100% but nope doesn't show the table/players.

I call support, they give me the "reinstall" bs. I have just asked to speak with top supervisor available. They have me on hold currently....but I am going to ask this person how the **** this problem can come back without an immediate closure of the site to go with it? You don't let this problem come back. It's the worst software bug in the history of online poker. That is a fact. At least in terms of ones that have been allowed as the site remains active. They need to shut down the poker until completely fixed.

Can you all imagine the THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN LIMBO THAT HAVE OCCURRED THE PAST 2 MONTHS ON THIS GARBAGE BUG across all players? I can honestly say it's cost me a good amount of money at this point. I refuse to accept it any longer.

Unfortunately, I know this guy is about to tell me something sooooo bull**** and non helpful or encouraging.

last night in a tournament I bet all of my chips except for like 50 chips pre flop UTG..something I do sometimes randomly..obv calling off the rest..and it disconnected.

I called and the lady on the phone was trying to tell me the BB called with 55 and my hand (QJ) was losing anyways on the flop of A94 for or whatever it is so I only had Q hi and it doesnt matter cus that doesnt beat a pair of 5s.. hahahhahah! nevermind with 95% of my chips in the middle I dont get to see the turn and river.

And same ****..our technical department says everything is fine on our end, and its an isolated incident.

I have a question about the lag everyone is experiencing. When my client lags, it usually is during an all in situation where the cards do not run out right away. HEM2 shows which hand wins way before the ign client even shows the cards. Sometimes, play will resume. Other times, it will not and I am stuck. After a while, the client will fast forward through all the hands and action that has taken place up until present time. Is this what all of you are experiencing?

Yup, it's not worth it for me to have thousands of dollars on a site that I can't play comfortably due to freezing tables and cashier reloading issues. I would have been patient and waited for them to fix the issues hopefully, but having their customer service turn the other cheek to their problems and not take responsibility for what is happening is unacceptable. Obviously, these problems persist and their company is not run professionally.

It's too risky to play on sites that cannot provide a decent experience for their customers. If they cannot manage their software and customer service, they likely cannot manage our money either. We pay a decent rake to play the games, and we should expect decent gameplay. As a result, I have withdrawn all of my money from the site and hope others do the same.

Can someone here post the daily mtt schedule on ignition? I do not have an account at ignition yet but did have account at bovada etc.


I recalled tournaments they had were 55 dollar 30k gtd and even 11 dollar 7.5k gtd etc. Someone in another thread in wpn posted part of the mtt schedule and apparently the gtds seem very small to what bovada used to be.

One heads up ran perfectly, while the other froze solid.

Restarted and half my stack was ripped. SIGH.

Just emailed support to request a refund for a hand in $25 Zone where I had AQ and was planning to snap off a river bet on a Q-high board, only to have it freeze before my opponent made the bet. I took a screenshot and everything.

Got this back. A bit confused since I have actually never played a 3-Table Sit & Go on this site, but I guess a tournament ticket is better than the nothing I was expecting...

The "fast forward" thing happened to me two days ago in a 3-bet, 3-way pot where I flopped the nut full house. Of course got folded out on the flop and missed taking down a sizable pot as my opponents had decent holdings. Bognition basically said to go **** myself as they did not show a disconnect on their end.

I've probably ran well with disconnects over the past few months -- my hands have usually been folded preflop or in single raised pots on the flop -- this was the first one that really cost me some EV.

Yesterday I put in a 9hr session and no disconnects. Today is back to the disconnects for me.

Not even temp disconnect tonight, getting completely booted off. It ran well for weeks then since the new update it has been ass. Are they updating the software to run more poorly?

Took 4 days off, and no surprise that it's still completely unplayable. Lost 50bb at 1/2 in a 1 hour session from several freezes/dc's. ****ing ridiculous
