I've just experienced the freezing thing twice in the first 2 minutes of play. The first freeze took about 2-3 minutes... then rapidly went throught the next x hands that I missed. Does anyone know what causes this and is there any kind of workaround? I can't just close and open the table... it's a cash game. Naturally I had the winning hand when I disconnected.

My workaround is to take a vacation for a few days and hope they fix it. Usually I'll play through some lag/freezing/disconnects/whateverignitionthrowsatme, but when it happens every orbit or more it's unprofitable to play

After not having any issues for roughly 2 weeks I'm back to freezing tables.

I've now lost two hands against other big stacks with less than 15 people in a decent sized tournament due to having to close my table and reopen due to freezing. I don't care if I still ship it I still expect a tournament ticket of equal value.

I was naive to think this nightmare was over!

Sigh, I always check in to see if I can start playing Bovadadog again, but every time I click the thread all I see is how terrible the issues are still, such a shame. Dealt with it for a long time, but it's beyond absurd at this point.

Booted off cash tables multiple times tonight in middle of hands. Then I see multiple hands fast forward and I'm no longer in my seat. Earlier, I was unable to add chips to multiple tables. I thought that bug was fixed. Others experiencing same thing?

Probably the same thing that's happening with 5NLz for me. If I try to join the 5NLz table, I get an error saying, "We're not able to process your request at this time."

Consequently, 10NLz is running for the first time in forever, but how does this even happen?

Was gonna fire up a MTT session since i had no plans and its a sunday as opposed to my normal cash grind. Read all the probs going on lately so I played some 200 zone to test it out and in 20 min i had atleast a 1 of the 2 tables freeze 4 times and had to close and reopen it. Think im gonna get stoned and head to the beach as opposed to dealing with this crap all day.

Can anybody even see players playing the $.50/$1 NL Zone tables? I have not seen anybody on the tables for 2 days now and it says there is a server error when I try to sit at a table. Anybody getting this also?

Ignition support has been worthless so far telling me to refresh my modem. I did and it didn't help a bit. I'm getting this on both my phone, tablet, and PC.

There is a difference between the 1/2 game killing the .50/1 game, and me not being able to even sit down at the .50/1 game due to technical issues. Can anyone even sit down at a .50/1 zone table?

I tried to start zone tables on every limit with zero players.

about 30% would let me buy in.

The rest would give a "Your request cannot be processed error"

.5/1 was obviously one of the error limits.

I dunno why.

I only checked .02/.05 and .05/.10 zone 6 max tables. I can not get on a table. 9 max .05/.10 has traffic which never does. Ever. Internal server error messge. Email support and they state that everything is working fine. They suggest to clear cookies and caches to optimize my experience. Low stakes cash tables are full as players are playing cash tables as they can't get into zone. There are 50 plus players on .02/.05 zone normally and Ignition does not see the problem? Their traffic has to be at an all time low. I too get the pop ups after I chip up. I have to close out the program and start all over. Guess I should clear my cache and cookies after each hand.

Having issues logging in and re-downloading the software

I have played on the site for a month without issue.

On Friday I tried logging in and couldn't. I couldn't even get on ignitions website.

Bovada loads up very quickly so does Black chip poker. I log in with my phone through my phones service and it works fine. When I try to use my wifi while on my phone it doesn't work. Nothing has changed on my computer and my internet connection is fine.

It's weird because both the website and the software will not load while connected to my wifi. I do play on my phone occasionally, could this be the issue? I can't even re download the software, it stalls on me.

What should I do?

When I open the software it loads up and I am unable to click on anything in order to login. Its just frozen. I tried uninstalling and re downloading and same issue.

Who do you get internet through? I have Comcast and have looked at previous posts where this is a common thing.

I can't even log into the client. It closes after saying it cannot connect. The website doesn't fully load either. When I use my phone (TMobile) it works fine. When I log into my wifi with my phone it won't work.

Other poker sites work. The Bovada site works. Ignition doesn't. Wtf.
