I know that department used to help out with getting you wires set up to your wife or business account if you were booted from bank wires due to being a "known poker player" back in the Bovada days.

So after hearing some good news about the issues in general, i switched over from WPN to Ignition a couple days ago and I've been having some issues with the client crashing. The pop up says something like "Poker client has stopped working" or something. Im currently using a mix of Bovada Card Catcher, PT4, and Table Tamer, in different combinations depending on what i play or sometimes all 3. Do you guys know of any issues with these softwares and Ignition? If it helps, I used to seldom get these problems on ACR when I ran too many tables. On ACR, it seemed like a mix of table tamer and PT4. If one would lag or kind of "kill the flow" (for the lack of a better term), everything would crash with the same popup.

Any help?

Using all those together will cause that crash. I stopped using table tamer and still use CC and PT4 with little to no crashes like that anymore. Using all 3 programs I was crashing 1-3 times a day.

Software will not load. After being on vacation for a week and playing some on laptop, when i got home the software would not load on desktop computer. I uninstalled program and downloaded and re-installed. Same problem...

I sent email to support. Anyone else have this problem?

I have similar problem were it will display the update\connection screen for 10 to 20 seconds and then disappear on my Windows 10 laptop. However, I had not looked at this issue because ACR and Betonline work on the laptop. I will run Iggy on Windows 7 workstation.

I will look at the issue on my laptop. Do you know if update occur with your antivirus and\or firewall, that may close connection port to close?

Did you provide Iggy CS with log file under Ignition -> Log folder?

Does anyone 4 table with this awful software without it lagging out constantly?

I made the mistake to try and 4 table tonight, and I was lagging out like mad crazy on every table. Every action would take upwards of 10 seconds to complete no matter what. Couldn't even use the HH as it only causes the lag to get much worse as it loads up.

Loads of fun when you're playing Hyper Sit N Gos, and only have limited time to act.

Wow, by the time my Sit N Go just loaded, I had already timed out of the first hand.

I always 4 table and actually the software is running faster than ever before

I don't see too many people complaining since the update

thanks for the insight bro. I used to play alot of MTT's but the long late registration times on sites have really turned me off to them. Does ignition offer any with short late reg times or any other sites for a US player to play that doesnt have 2 hour late regs for guaranteed MTT's?

I was thinking of global poker but I doubt it would last even if they did im sure they will probably move to the standard 2 hour late reg like everyone else sooner than later.

NP, somebody else probaly more qualified to answer overall but the only tourney i can think of with no late reg is when they run a HU on a mad monday or wild wednesday or during a series

Unless it's a satelite, nearly all tournaments on Ignition have late reg until ~2nd level after the 2nd break. This is generally when the BB = 1/10 starting stack.

feels like a conspiracy to me. I was 1 tabling ignition, but had other tables up on other sites, and everything was smooth for HOURS. As soon as I started running 2 tables on Ignition it went right back to tables freezing.

Good connection
Not of WiFi
OP computer
32gb RAM

idk

RAM is only one element of performance , there are many

Maybe your internet provider isn't that good or you have a virus/adware

and like I said not really any complaints now so ...

Looks like the update did the job
Mine has the same issues with the runouts (The river loves to freeze) 150mb connection, 16gb of ram, GTX 1070 card, I5-6500 3.2ghz computer as well
