Tired of this ridiculous software. I just got disconnect while my internet was working fine for a total of $210 in sngs. Complete absurdity. What do I do, call them and say yeah your **** was laggy as hell and kept disconnecting me without even showing the disconnect popup....just shows my stack at 0 and freezes. Have to close table and click "Take My Seat" again and miss like 3 hands late in sngs -- INEXCUSABLE.

more lag and disconnects tonight. one of them i had flopped a set vs. a nit in a 3bet pot. i reconnected, but he didnt and I had to watch him time down and then leave the table I asked on a few tables and many people responded that they also are lagging much lately. Withdrew 90% of my roll for now til/if they get this **** sorted.

never had a problem with disconnects until the past two nites freezing then disconnecting and not letting me close my table and open them again when one table would reconnect but the other wouldnt

Disconnecting and lagging like a mfer here too. Traffic seems down presumably b/c of these issues. Have been trying to get more than two tables running for hours.

I'd be suprised if they spend significant money upgrading anything on the site. I feel like they just look at the site as a sinking ship. Less and less money is going into the poker economy each year. Regulation is knocking on their door and it's gg if bad actor clauses get slipped in. Though they'd probably never get licenses even without bad actor clauses. Even if they get in the market after regulation stars and party will steam roll them.

And those are all just scenarios provided the Feds don't kick over this flaming trash can...again.

I used to like Bodog support but after dealing with Ignition, it looks like they don't try to make things fair. Their unexpected maintenance (no warning) ended up costing me a 234 dollar pot. They claim that I folded and that their maintenance allows players to finish their hand. I told them it did not do this and that it folded out my hand. Since they didn't believe me I sent several E-mails asking them what is more likely that their software folded out my hand or if I accidentally folded the nuts at the exact time of their server maintenance.

Never had disconnect problems before the last few days. Now it happens several times per night.

Last night I was in a PLO8 and a NHLE MTT, PLO8 table froze while NLHE table was still running. WTF?

I just won a $21 6 person double up, and the software told me I finished in 4th place and didn't cash. I looked in the chat box, and it said 3 players (including me) finished in 4th, and only 1 person got first place. So essentially the double up took $120 in buyins, and paid out one person $40. I called support and the guy said he will forward it to somebody and I should have an answer in 24-48 hours.

This makes me wonder how many times in the past this has happened when I didn't catch it. I remember one time for sure yesterday when I was 4 tabling, and after a while I refreshed my balance, and I was disappointed because the balance was lower than I expected it to be. If you are going to play these be very careful to watch and make sure that you aren't getting screwed. We shouldn't have to do this. It should be 100% automatic obviously.

As I finished typing this, I noticed that I was credited the $40. I am still not happy, if I wouldn't have caught their mistake, I don't think I would have been paid.

Same. I was multi-tabling and randomly 1-2 of my tables would freeze up. I couldn't do anything on the affected table, but all my other tables would be fine. Only happened to tournament tables

consider yourself lucky. i have 50mb per second internet and a laptop with an i7 processor and 8 gigs of ram. apparently that isnt enough

a new fun Ignition bug. now I am getting tables that just freeze up completely. They don't go black then reload to 99% or anything, just straight up freeze while my other tables are fine. Nothing can be done but closing the table and opening another one.
