I had the 10% redeposit bonus as well which i completed, im not sure how that works with this as well.

I'm mainly looking to maximize the amount i can play poker with, which was $0 and is now $114.30. Can i not withdraw unless I complete the bonus?

Also the bar for the bonus never goes up despite playing for close to $1k (in blackjack to complete bonus)

I've been wondering this as well. Hopefully someone responds soon. I'm quite sure the "lock amount" just means that you have to leave at least that much on the site to eventually unlock the bonus. I have a hard time believing that they'd actually prevent you from cashing out completely. (obviously the bonus would be forfeited at that point)

They did the same with the $10 5k guaranteed that used to start at 4:15pm PST. Now it's either 3k or 4k guaranteed and starts at 3:10pm PST.

I actually emailed them about that one, not because of the reduction in guaranteed prize pool but because they pushed up the start time to 3:10pm PST. The later start time was perfect for ditching work a bit early but 3:10 is just too early.

Also they need to change the payout structures for the big Mad Monday/Wild Wednesday tournaments. First place in the $22 buy in (event #1) this past Monday was like $900 or something stupid like that.

Can't log back in either. I was just playing when the cash lobby broke so I couldn't add tables as they were breaking, then the hand re-player stopped working. My last two tables broke and I couldn't log back in to refresh the broken seater.

The amount of technical problems a simple poker site that hasn't changed much in 20 years and makes billions of dollars just blows my mind every time.

on phone with bovada and the rep is talking absolute rubbish. trying to blame my internet connection when ive tried two different conncections and they both work fine on every other front. telling me i cant use my phones hotspot bc its not strong enough LOL (im getting 30mb/s from it consistently)
