not 100% sure the answers. i am pretty certain that bol and lowvig share the exact same poker games. dont know about software. fullflush is totally separate, it just uses the same software.

You got it wrong. It's: Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, B, A, select, start

Brings back memories. I remember playing that on my NES on the morning of my 8th birthday lol. Wow...I hadn't thought about that game in literally years until you mentioned that.

After three emails, BOL refused to acknowledge that they overcharged my credit card by about three dollars.

Are you sure you aren't talking about the foreign transaction fee? That is from your bank. If you send them a pic of your statement they will typically credit what they charged the card instantly.

It's a foreign transaction fee. Get used to them as you'll be charged one with virtually every offshore poker deposit you make.

There are many credit cards that don't charge foreign transaction fees, if you are a losing player you should get one of those. If you are a winning player you should be able to figure out Bitcoin and you can make a profit on your withdrawals.

It may not be a foreign transaction fee. As I mentioned a few posts back, I was over charged as well, it was like $15 and it was refunded
04-09-2015 , 04:24 PM
lol, we are talking about a MF $89 DEPOSIT HERE!! youre bigtime, and talking down on everyone/schooling us about bitcoin and how to be a "winning player", while at the same time whining over $3 and making $89 dposits. get real.

Anybody have any mods for chico?

Just sharing my experience. I was charged a fee by BOL to deposit. My CC was overcharged and I was charged a foreign transaction fee by my bank, so in total I paid about ten percent to deposit. They were upfront about the deposit fee and I understand about the bank fee but they either deliberately or through incompetence refuse to address the CC overcharge.

If you went to a restaurant and ordered $89 worth of food and the bill came back with a $2 overcharge would you point it out to the server or say it was no big deal and keep quiet? I personally don't like the feeling that someone is taking advantage of me so I would speak up.

Anyway I find the site's software to be no fun to play on between the tiny fonts and the constant timing out so I am basically done there.

MAHPs you have me confused with someone else assuming you are referring to me in your post. Never claimed to be a winning player.

aw sorry. shoulda kept quiet.

Skimmed the thread and I couldn't find anything regarding this problem. I wanted to download the lobby to check it out and see how the games looked etc etc. After downloading the software I received an error that reads, "A connection error has occurred. Please check your email for updates or contact customer support for more information." Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and got the same thing again. I made sure I was running as administrator to see if that had anything to do with it. Didn't know if this was a common problem with an easy fix or if it's just me.

They say you have to roll over your money. I am just not a big fan of the site every time i try to take notes the site beeps when its your turn to play a hand and stops me from finishing my note on a player and its very annoying when your multi tabling.

But i played a ton of heads up and heads up sngs I started with 480 i played well over 1000 dollars on the site. they said i only rolled over 157 dollars and thats all i raked and i need to rake 480. They also have a rule about their bonus that they can take your bonus away if you don't wager some of it. And it also says they can take away a bonus away from you any time they like. So it seems as you read the fine print this is getting more shady..

So i ask them to show me in the rules where it says its based on me raking the amount i deposited to roll over my money . And the live chat told me to look at the rule and i go to look and it doesn't say anywhere its based on rake. Then he quickly signs off when I say its not in the rules. Does anyone know how the roll over really works on this site? I saw a section that its deposit + bonus + fees. But it doesn't explain the equation at all or how it works. Basically i made money on the site and now I can't cash out. I been plying about 8 hrs a day the last 2 or 3 weeks I don't see what the problem is.

I believe the rollover is only if you get sports book bonuses.

You get no rake playing SNGs and MTTs less than $10 buyin.

not at all sure on this. have never heard of this problem.

the "rollover" thing SHOULD be spelled out better, i agree. as far as poker bonus, if you play enough to clear your bonus, you should be fine. if this is some other thing, contact support, and ask the SPECIFICALLY what you need to do. you might be able to bet in the sportsbook on both sides of the same game, thus just paying the juice.

yes you do each heads up sng has a rake charge. And i played more heads up cash then i have the sngs i put in a ton of volume over hte last 3 weeks well over my roll over amount. They are just trying to keep me from cashing out. The sites basically a scam. They have no gaming commission. They have it set up so you can't cash out for a long time. All just bum hunt until i get my points i guess. But all be cashing out and never playing on betonline again. I never had a problem cashing out of any site before this is a first time and i played poker online for about 7 years now. What happens when you play on a site with no gaming commission. I dont' recommend anyone ever playing on this site. If you deposit your not getting your money back for a long time. So say you deposit 1000 you have to rake 1000 dollars in games before you can cash out. Not play 1000 dollars rake 1000 dollars so your real roll over is probably around 10k just to cash out off a 1k deposit.

Basically what this guy is saying is that even though they charge rake for sngs that their is no rake charge for it so the poor guy who just plays sngs for a living at poker will never be able to cash out of bet online. That goes for tournaments too. Now thats a scam if thats what your saying. Your basically putting money on and they are forcing you to play cash and play a lot of volume just to do a cash out.

FWIW, I never received any POP points for SNGs under $10.

Do you have a basis for this claim other than you had too many bad beats?

The full deposit rollover is obviously a massive scheme. Do you realize that when you deposit what you are agreeing to is to pay them 100% of all the money you deposited unless you lose it all first? I'm using "agreeing" loosely considering you never actually have an idea it's coming. I've experienced this which lead me interactions with their teams who are incredibly disrespectful and clearly only in it to nickel and dime at all costs. This site is legit a scam

You do not have to rollover your deposit! You have to rollover your deposit OR pay the fees that BOL is assessed for your deposit and withdrawal, which are minimal unless you live in the US. If you live in the US they pay high fees due to government interference so blame your government not BOL.

When you throw the word scam around you lump in sites like Lock and BOL which are actually at opposite ends of the spectrum. This could be hazardous to casual readers of the forums and is bad for the poker economy if it scares off casual players.

BOL is an 'A' rated sportsbook with the highest rated payouts of any US site:

I wish that was the case Bishop. Trust me, they are withholding my money until I RAKE my deposit amount (4 figures). I have tried anything and everything to get my money off, and they basically treat me like a joke. This site is 100% a scam/black hole/money pit
