Ok, another bundle of replies but I start officially on Monday so will move to more regular posting after that.
We do have our internal workshop from Wednesday to Friday next week so I will be posting intermittently then - if you have any more feedback on the site or something you would like us to discuss during that workshop then time is running out!
I think it might be a Directx10 issue but I saw that you also opened a community forum thread about it so will try to get some info from devs and reply there.

Rake: I do agree in principle, just wanted to play devil's advocate as I do believe there are arguments the other way. Sometimes I think we're all guilty of adhering to the status quo just because another has done it a certain way for years, although this might not be the best example of that.
Protecting players: Agree with the point that we shouldn't be 'babysitting' players but we do have a duty to protect the ecology - it's crucial to providing a decent site for the players, personally it's something I believe in and it's also crucial to our long-term employment here imo
Payout structures and 'recycling rake' discussion is on our agenda.
Predatory players: I also agree, I don't think it should be such a concern when it comes to MTTs.
At the risk of agreeing with all of your points, I also believe that we have to guard against the enemy from within. We've been guilty of overstretching ourselves over the last year and it's meant that some things have fallen through the cracks. The current loopholes you mention are going to be fixed whilst we address a whole range of possible issues.
NLO Banzai should be a decent game for mobile and could also help us to introduce more players to Omaha in a more low-risk format (high variance but only 10bb). I don't necessarily agree that we don't have the liquidity for it.
'Zoom' poker is more of an issue though because it requires much higher liquidity. I don't think we're there yet and even then there is a philosophical discussion to be had about this form of poker, at least in how it is offered on other sites right now. I think if we were to re-introduce this format it would be with some changes to what people are currently used to, otherwise I don't think it's a good addition in the long term.
There was a bug here but it's been fixed with the new client. If it cost you money then please contact CS and if you still have issues then just let me know.
There is a bug with selecting profiles but this seems to be slightly different. Is this still ongoing?
Rake is 1% and in terms of bb/100 rake is lower in Banzai than in any other other cash game we offer. From our end we can see a high % of winners in the current Banzai games, why do you feel NLO Banzai would be unbeatable?
Confirmed, it will be NLO.
There are two camps in this argument, for and against (as demonstrated in subsequent posts). I think some form of table-merging will have to be introduced - it was being worked on previously but I don't know where the project is at right now so will look into it.

Winamax do a lot of great things, MTT schedule and formats being one of them. We're not going to steal things but we'll certainly look for inspiration there.
Was this resolved with CS as a problem at our end?
The loyalty system goes up to around 60% back in rewards (we don't offer direct 'rakeback' in the traditional form). The % of winning players at each stake level is very high - I can't give the figure publicly but it's a very healthy double digit figure and that % doesn't shift more than two percentage points regardless of stake level.
From every metric we use the games at NL100 seem healthy, although feedback would seem to indicate that the skill level has increased slightly over the past year or so. The two stakes I'm actually concerned about in the longer term are NL25 and NL50 and would like to make some changes there in the coming months.
There would be no penalty for running PT4 in the background as it has no way of interacting with our client. Holdem Indicator are insistent on trying to make a HUD which works with our site and that's something I really want us to deal with in the harshest possible terms now.
Players who use a tool which can interact with our client (such as Holdem Indicator) put their own balances at risk but I have asked the legal department here to look at ways we can go after the owners of the site now.
I am very hopeful that it will be next week. I know the current situation isn't ideal and if it's any consolation I'm equally frustrated.
As mentioned above, I agree with this sentiment - subtle optimizations are probably our best course of action. Increasing liquidity at certain stakes would also go some way to alleviating the problem.
This is something we've historically done a poor job of promoting (something I can be held personally responsible for). We'll start to think of ways we can push this better.
I don't want to (and there are no plans to) lower rewards. We can definitely find ways to redistribute rewards to players most at risk of leaving the site and in turn make the games themselves more enjoyable to play but penalizing winning players isn't the way forward.
There is sometimes a misunderstanding that helping and encouraging casual players = penalizing winning players.

This is a bug affecting some players but doesn't seem to be widespread. We've been struggling to reproduce it but the devs are looking into it. I may need to ask you for log files, will check with devs.

I can only exchange bonuses for tickets if you're earning them faster than you're clearing them. As this is the only bonus you currently have I'm unable to do anything here, sorry.
A month of tough grinding probably calls for a 'wellness' break but I see your point. There will be some other holiday giveaways happening in July and August which will be more random but I'm unable to give more details at the moment.

In theory this could be a concern but in reality it's not. Having a 100 buy in with a 5k guarantee isn't going to lure in a Stars,888, Party pro player. They have all the action they want on their own sites. Once you guys get in the 20k guarantee range it could become worth some players time to open up Unibet but my instinct tells me Unibet isn't there yet. Players don't love multi siting and Unibet's client isn't the most friendly for a Multitabling HUD user who needs his timebank done automatically.
tbh it's the enemy within that Unibet should be focused on. By poorly structured/long late reg satellites you guys are allowing 'snipers' to pop in on the bubble in some cases and literally steal the seat away from an innocent player. I saw this type of shenanigans on Full Tilt and even worse satellite shenanigans and hope that Unibet fixes all loopholes in this regard. If less seats need to be guaranteed or even an overlay given out it is far less damaging then having a player think, he's all in and will at least get the leftover money should he lose the hand only to have some guy join at the last second and steal it from him.
I know the above example doesn't happen too often but just the advantage due to late regging with so many players already KO'd shouldn't be allowed. Some more balance should be considered.

I do not understand why you do not put zoom poker ... It would be a solution for players who do not know how to run your app and who are forced to go through a browser ... I have 2 friends who still do not know Not play on your new software and they do not want to play via browser ... If there was zoom poker, they would still play at home even with the browser!
