Yes I think if someone is tiling they don't want overlap - though there is a workaround - make one of the tables smaller or larger as required - go to the tile thing, choose the pattern and select "current size" rather than "resize" and that size will be copied for the others too.
Please can you look into increasing the timebank a bit when you come back from a disconnect? So annoying to have the software crash and then you have to relog but have only 3 seconds to decide what to do. Atleast just for now while there is a high frequency of crashes. It's worse than Adobe Air atm.

I didn't misclick, it happened because full MTT lobby was loading with delay and list of tournaments "jumped" while I was clicking registration. Late reg. popup confirmation window doesn't show buy-in like in other rooms, so I wasn't aware I was registering into wrong tournament. And it just costed me. So hopefully you can add MTT name/buy-in into late reg confirmation pop up.

for 2) the standard answer is that people who didn't have it turned on would be identifiable as less likely to be regs and would get exploited.

I haven't kept up with this thread so I apologize if these matters have recently been discussed a lot. I largely quit playing unibet mostly because of two reasons: no hotkeys and no auto rebuy. I'm a gamer and I use my mouse all day, but something about playing poker with a mouse really strains the hell out of my mousing hand, so whenever I plan to play on unibet a lot I always go back and stop after a while because my hand hurts. I guess lots of clicking on small buttons is worse for RSI than competitive gaming, or maybe it's just me.
Anyway, auto-rebuy would save a ton of clicking, and a basic hotkey system would make me personally very glad. I really don't care about a 2.63x raise button, just some sort of clear indication which table is active and the ability to press F to fold my hand on the active table and literally nothing else saves 80%+ of clicking.

Andrew expressed his stance on hotkeys 3 years ago (when Unibet had just become standalone) in three posts in the old thread.
You see, it's just simpler for the security team to prevent botting if hotkeys are prohibited. Unibet is so good at cutting its costs.
Oh, and sorry for posting in this thread at all - it's not going to change anything for me as I'm not a fan of Andrew's vision of poker anyway - I like flashy games where people can win/lose a lot of buy-ins fast so that I don't need to click buttons for 20 years in a row to grow my bankroll to $100K or whatever, while he'd like people to be losing slower.
I might play Banzai at some point but the problem for me is that it's a plain cash game with no bounties or other complications (while the bounty MTTs are too slow to me) and is thus vulnerable to being solved by offline calculators (I mean not the Nash equilibrium but the optimal adjustment to regs' and amateurs' tendencies).
Can you please check alias NhaTrang? It's possible that he is some kind of bot because he always acts at the same time of the timebank

about the quote above.....point 1 is really irritating, it happens a lot (especially if you have "hide closed registration" in the filters on)
i don't have a good solution for this except maybe, as mentioned before, showing the name of the tourney in the buyin popup so we can check if it's still the same tourney that we openened.....
....i think this is only a bandage for the problem, not the solution (the solution would be either;
open the tournament i see,
or don't show the tournament thats gone already
EDIT: There are also tournaments that show up as "reg open" (green label), but are already closed, this happens mostly on games where the amount of players is close to paying out (it's good to close it on time, i guess, but then the registration should be closed imo....if i remember, i will make a screenshot of it if this is needed

support, on may 1st, said something like "the poker department did revive your tickets this time, but if they expire again, they will not be revived again.....
I can understand this (maybe) if i would request it a lot, but the honoust truth is that i requested those tickets to be converted 4-5 times, and the poker department did not convert them, so they expired....pretty insane when support doens't cheange tickets, and then blames me for asking to revive to much.....

Im pretty sure translate is ****ing up the text (i corrected a few major errors alreasy), but to sum it up for you;
- i request a conversion of a 10 turbo multibuy ticket (im gonna call this ticket 1) on 6-4, forwarded to poker dept at 8-4, conversion not done (at least the multibuy has not been done)
- i request a conversion of 2x 10 turbo multibuy tickets (this includes ticket 1 that has not been converted, the other ticket we will call ticket 2) on 10-4, forwarded to poker dept at 12-4 (ticket 1 has expired a day now, it expired on 11th), conversion not done, because .... i dont know, they prob couldn't find the expired ticket?!@? (please note that i requested it to be converted on 6-4, it is 12-4 now)
- after this i ask for a few time to revive the 2x 10 multibuy tickets, but i either get no response, or they do the conversion ont the request but don't do the revive. i think i asked 4-5 times

normally i dont like to be like this, but essentially CS pushed me to this point and i feel no compassion for them in this regard.
i have a remark, which i don't know i should make, because i actually think it's a good thing, and you might decide to change it;
Example; If you have a ticket that expires within a hour (or soon in general) but a game will start soon (but after the expxiry date) you can actually reg with the ticket....
....the one problem this can have is when that game doesn't run, then it wil give back your ticket (but that has expired in the meantime).....so just letting you know in this regard.
This is actually the short version, and i do have all the email references for you if you want them, but this already took more then a hour to write down, and to be honoust, i rather play poker on my free day (not have to work day) then write hour long posts....

i think i have the "reg open, but not open" bugs here......
So, let's disregard the fact IF we should be able to buy into this game at this time, and focus on the fact it's closed....then the main lobby should be red/closed (and actually shouldn't show up because of my filter "hide closed registrations")

My Display is a WQHD resolution of 2560×1440 pixels in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
And in the past (i dont remember when it changed) I could tile 9 tables perfectly without overlap.
Now it fills the width perfect but overlaps in height. See screens above.
Can i affect this issue from outside the client? windows properties?

I agree that the timebank should be tweaked. I'd like better reconnection recovery, and probably a way to scale timebank according to the complexity of the situation.

I realise that this costs us some players, but that's the kind of trade off we have to make sometimes, I'm afraid.
Of COURSE we want to get the best return that we can per hour spent. Why would you want otherwise?

This is also why we have a two table cap, and it's why we have checks and rules in place that allow us to further restrict players who are playing in a highly mechanical manner.

If my PC should do it again, I hope to get to the data, which shows that x has changed and y is not (as an example).
Besides this data (which I can not add now), I did not really think it was so neat this month on the CS, I do not want to complain too much but wait 4-5 days (a number of times), ticket conversions that are not done at all, Or get respondes to (also a number of times), and some other things that do not feel so good make sure my CS experience was not that nice this month. And if I have to ask 4x if you can get tickets (because they expired because you did not make the bills), I may be able to respond to some irritation (especially if I have to wait for a week or 4).
I hope you also understand that if I expire 5 days for a ticket, please do so (for any reason, not for any reason), then I expect you to correct your mistake. Normally, you may also do that I may have been too passive when these tickets expired (assuming you were active and based on past performance).
This is not a clue to the people on CS, but a comment like "they've added it again for this time"; Sounds like you're responding to Coulance, I think I'm quite coulant to you in connection with all of the above.
You do not have to respond to this mail to me (spend your time on other complaints / customers, I think it's busy with CS), but I want to say it! Hopefully you can do something about it in the future.

Im pretty sure translate is ****ing up the text (i corrected a few major errors alreasy), but to sum it up for you;
- i request a conversion of a 10 turbo multibuy ticket (im gonna call this ticket 1) on 6-4, forwarded to poker dept at 8-4, conversion not done (at least the multibuy has not been done)
- i request a conversion of 2x 10 turbo multibuy tickets (this includes ticket 1 that has not been converted, the other ticket we will call ticket 2) on 10-4, forwarded to poker dept at 12-4 (ticket 1 has expired a day now, it expired on 11th), conversion not done, because .... i dont know, they prob couldn't find the expired ticket?!@? But then the inevitable happened, which in this case meant, the Saturday stack 2€ qualifiers did not run because not enough players. i was regged for the 17:10 and 22:10 on 6,7,8 may (not really sure it might have missed 1 of these 6 games), but essentially they did not run (i think 1 or 2 ran) so some 2€ SS expired, i requested them to be revived.....
I actually get a response of the CS-person i had the email conversation with, were she said she did sent the full request (including the revive) to the poker dept, but she noted that it might not happen, because "mentioned above in this post"...
obviously it did not happen (the revive), and if we are complaining i can also state that:
- i still have my 2x UK4 tickets (they should be converted to 8x 1UK), i got the 8x 1UK, but i also still have the 2x 4UK (you can take them away if you want to rectify after reading this post)
- i am mising 3x 4UO.... (no explanation for this), can you rectify this to for me

Short story, i am annoyed with how things going, and i definetly don't want somebody to get fired.....but CS has to realize that if they dont serve the customes, the customers will go away, and they will be out of a job......
if there are no customers to serve, they will have no job, i think they either don't realise this, or they dont care (in which case i would fire them, and also don't feel bad if you fire people cause of this)
normally i dont like to be like this, but essentially CS pushed me to this point and i feel no compassion for them in this regard.
i have a remark, which i don't know i should make, because i actually think it's a good thing, and you might decide to change it;
Example; If you have a ticket that expires within a hour (or soon in general) but a game will start soon (but after the expxiry date) you can actually reg with the ticket....
....the one problem this can have is when that game doesn't run, then it wil give back your ticket (but that has expired in the meantime).....so just letting you know in this regard.
This is actually the short version, and i do have all the email references for you if you want them, but this already took more then a hour to write down, and to be honoust, i rather play poker on my free day (not have to work day) then write hour long posts....

essentially, support is not reviving tickets for me;
support, on may 1st, said something like "the poker department did revive your tickets this time, but if they expire again, they will not be revived again.....
I can understand this (maybe) if i would request it a lot, but the honoust truth is that i requested those tickets to be converted 4-5 times, and the poker department did not convert them, so they expired....pretty insane when support doens't cheange tickets, and then blames me for asking to revive to much.....
They expired, because you did NOT change them......

I was playing for a while and after I lost 1 stack I could not reload. I found out that they blocked my account until they have documents from me.
All documents were instantly uploaded. A week later I heard back that they still needed picture of my credit card back. Instantly sent that too. Now its been 2.5 half weeks, account is still blocked, money is on site, cannot even withdraw. Support does not care least bit.
Why even let deposit and start playing if you request documents 30 minutes later???
Im all for security but do your check before playing or before cash out not some random account blocking

No issues with withdraws, make sure you verify your account after signing up, that way you won't have to wait for cash out

Are you in one of the countries (Netherlands?) that can't access the Community forum? If so, that's pretty rough, as the poker forum guys are really good at dealing with ticket exchanges and extensions. The customer Support staff seem pretty terrible in comparison, so I feel your pain.
