or anybody else who figured this out/has an answer for this.......

Because i cannot use windows anymore (i know.....) i am bound to Linux (or a derivitative hereoff), and am trying to get the client to work in this environment.....

obviously i am having troubles, else i wouldn be asking for support in this case....

I use;
Linux Manjaro XCFE
Playonlinux (with wine, having the best results so far wih 2.6 staging)
i have installed the latest (linux) nvidia drivers, i think 375.xx
i have plugged in flash player, dx9,dx10,dx11,vb2013 and java, through the playonlinux settings

I have most of the program working (i can login, and use the lobby), but when i start a game, it will give the "black screen-bug". Since i have known about this bug in the past, i was tying to solve it with the comments that are made in threats (mostly on the community), but none of them are working so far.

basicly we should have uptodate; graphics driver, java, flash. (do we even need the dx9,10 or 11? isn't this implemented in the graphics driver?). for me i think i have this up to date right now, but i can get rid of the black screen bug...

I know people had these problems, and the fix was made by unibet (i assume they changed something in the installer, so that it includes some libraries or packages that are not installed on every system). Can i get information about what you fixed, or at least what does unibetpoker.exe have for dependancies (for example java and flash are mentioned on your website, but it 100% sure needs more, like d3d9 libraries) i figured out some of the components, but i am getting really stuck, and because of diverse reasons i haven't been playing (a lot) in the last few weeks.....and this is annyoing.....i have tickets expiring everywhere, and don want to make my problem your problem (by asking to revive/expire a lot of them), but i think your support/developers can help me out with my question, which would save me a lot of time.

if i have it working, i will make a tutorial "how-to-install-unibet-on-linux" which should be something that you would appreciate.....also on several places on the internet it says the client works on linux, this (as far as i can figure out) was only the case with unibet V1, since V2 nobody got it working (correctly). I am almost there but to save me a lot of time, it would be so happy if i can receive the dependancies....

for now i have to use the webbrowser, which (pardon me) just doesn work for me (like i would like). i actually just want 1 program to work, and guess what program that is

generally speaking i like 2.5 it was a very good improvement over 2.4 for my setup

probably have more to say about this but im on work right now, and if i write forumpost all day, my boss will fire me......

When I play the downloadable client and am doing other stuff my computer lags terribly. I have a decent computer and no problems with any other site.

So I have been playing the online instant play version. Is there any way I can tile the tables with this, rather than having them stacked?

Any tips for making the downloadable version not lag?

tip for lag; add unibetpoker.exe to you antivirus-exclusions, this made a difference for me, also check if you have the latest graphics driver installed, this also made a big difference for me in the past

Banzai NL20 seems more popular than Banzai NL5 quite often.

Is that taken as a sign that people would like to play higher? It is definitely a game which gets more exhilarating as you move up, whereas I don't really feel that with other poker forms.

Banzai NL100 would be fantastic if it existed.

Hey Andrew, observed this hand on Unibet yesterday. Button bets €2.90 into €4 on the river leaving just €0.02 behind. He gets min-raised by the other player in the hand but surprisingly folds. Both players then immediately quit at exactly the same time. Worth noting the time taken for each player to act was very similar throughout the hand.

Is it possible to get your profit/loss stats & number of hands played at certain stakes from UB staff? If so what's the easiest way of going about it?

About the dutch support thing.....

ITS BAD lately, in the weekends they never do stuff (imo) (there might be the odd exchange) but usually it goes over the weekend, if they haven't done it by friday....

i try to get " more" tickets in my account so i can play for a few days, without having to depend on the changes being made or not. i tend to keep a week of tickets in stock, and sometimes this still is not good enough.

Since a few weeks i also have PC problems so i am curious what will happen if i can't gt it fixed soon, because then a ****load of tickets will expire/have to be revived......but support isn't happy with me at all, at the moment, apparantly i ask for to many revives (i have to, because support doesn't change the tickets in time, or just doesn't do it at all.

i tend to not complain too much about this, because i think the changing is an extra service but seeing the post above me, i wanted to elaborate on it, so maybe somebody is helped by this info...

it should be, but the last 6-8 times i asked, i get the wrong info.....

...i just stopped asking for it because of that

even with the comment andrew made earlier (about which boxes they need to tick) they get it wrong, and i just get annoyed if you have to keep emailing to get the proper info, that's not worth the time and effort for a rec imo

I only get a report once a year (took 4 attempts last time though the screenshots of the chat I posted ITT were apparently used to direct some much needed training ).

Other than that I just look at the overall BR to see if I'm up or down.

It does appear to be related.

To reproduce this bug, play at least one SNG and some other tables. When you bust the SNG click the green tick to play again. In the period before the SNG restarts it will quite frequently ping to the front (if an independent window in the download client) or get the tab focus in the web client.
