It makes no sense for them to exchange the tickets for another month. It's not like the missions are hard to complete.

Auto-Reg would be a terrible idea. All that would do is fill the tourneys with sit outs and nobody wants that.

I agree there should be better notification of when the tournaments run. There should be a notification on login for the week prior to it running or something and it should be on the main text of the promo page, not hidden in the T&Cs

We don't devote anything to the Americas because it's a very small percentage of our player pool.

We should have news on the 3rd UO very soon, some of the contracts are taking longer than expected to sign.

Well, you can use both at the same time. Cash game tickets are 100% rb while you're playing them, but playthrough are 20%. So it depends on your circumstances really.

Thanks for the report. The first is just a configuration thing, there's a bit of experimentation on how these work I believe.

The latter two are bugs though, and I've reported them to the developers.

I agree with this, and I don't exchange or extend tickets for one-off events.

It'd be good if there was a better way to see tournaments that're coming up a long way away, and perhaps highlight tickets to unique tournaments though.

a few things to add to the bug report from 2x2 tiling.

On twitch several users have mentioned the bug and also SleazyP84 from this thread has this bug. David van der Heyden has the bug as well, and I asked him to try it and he still has it.

While already in 2 mtts I tried to enter another and got a "technical error" message.

Closing the client and re-opening it fixed the problem.

I get the table popping over the others bug too. It seems to be on the tables that I click "register another SNG of this type" after I have busted.

In the case of SNG's, it will stop the popping if you X that table and load a fresh one.

Not sure if it's been brought up but since the last update, there's a pretty annoying bug with the web client table priority. For example when playing multiple SNGs and you reg another one in the same instance of the previous table then that table remains the priority table (with the red mark), meaning that every few seconds it takes the action from your other tables so you can see that you're still waiting for people to reg. It also happens with cash games, if you time out (then global sit out, which again is pretty annoying), then the action remains on the table where you've sat out until the big blind hits you. Again meaning that every few seconds it takes you back to the table where it thinks there's action on you but you're actually just waiting for the BB. If you then sit out on another table because you couldn't act because the priority table kept flicking to the one where you are just waiting for the blinds then it just ends in a big annoying mess of not being able to do anything but close all the tables and weep.

I have now tried 3 times to get a cash game report from support, but haven't gotten any email yet .It worked fine last month, but there my request was forwarded to the poker department. Seems like your regular support doesn't really know what its about. One guy even said "ill try my best" and just left the conversation

software is crashing lots of times lately for me, most often when i try to open the replayer, it works fine lots of times but once in a while you see the replayer window loading and everytime you see it loading, you know it will crash the whole software on you (usually replayer window opens immediately). Yesterday software was crashing when i tried to open another table, with the button on the top left corner. To me it seems, that these 2 issues are correlated with each other, as it only happens when you try to open a new window/table

The login screen is based on a webpage to which the Russian authorities are blocking access (they're not blocking the access to the gaming server itself so it's usually possible to switch the VPN off right after logging in and play without it from one's real IP address). This became an issue shortly after Unibet's migration onto the independent platform. As a response, Unibet and Stan James stopped accepting new Russian players but are allowing the previous Russian signups to continue playing.

The poker sites that are still marketing actively to Russia (Stars, 888, Party) are finding workarounds and hosting their login screens on unblocked mirror domains or CDNs. Unibet, however, doesn't care much about this country any longer.

Why Unibet and Stan James haven't simply ejected all their Russian players is up to Andrew to explain. Of course I have to thank the higher management of the company for the decision to allow the existing Russian customers to stay.

So at the moment there is a bug when trying to tile 4 tables, also when I have 1 active game and a webpage next to it (with my tables waiting for action below the webpage) every time I have a decision on the active table, the other table pops up in front of the webpage. Furthermore, when playing on the phone app earlier it kicked me out and wouldn't let me back in, citing unknown error as the reason. Lastly, my new desktop is having issues where the client crashes 1-2 times per session when I've never had that issue before. The whole site is becoming unplayable.

Dear Andrew,

Are you going to introduce any kind of SNGs at Unibet that will be guaranteed to end within a fixed time (or at least to stop requiring any action from a player after the deadline passes, i.e. put them all-in automatically), like Stars' Beat The Clock, 888's BLAST and Microgaming's timed HUSNGs? What do you think about this recent trend in online poker?

If you're open to the idea of such SNGs, then we (everyone who is interested) can start a brainstorming PM exchange to find ways to fix the existing design flaws of such games (such as stalling near the end), or simply share ideas publicly if you don't regard this topic as commercially sensitive.

Bug report.

When someone busts and then rebuys in the UK Tour satties (and presumably other rebuy tourneys), their second entry isn't listed in the lobby. This game has a starting stack of 2000. There were actually 7 entries at this point, but the guy that rebought only had his name listed once. FWIW, I think the bug has existed for over a month, but I'm not sure if it's been reported before.

Also seen this.

I've also had odd behaviour with table priority in client which I'm now thinking might be related.
