Hi Andrew,

I have a March Mission Special 1000 gtd and March Mission Special 3000 gtd, that I haven't used. You think you can exchange them for May Mission Specials since I have unlocked the ones for April?
Related to this, maybe you can make these kind of tickets auto register mode after you unlock them, since it is only one tournament you can use them for. Or at least link them to the tournament, because I couldn't find it in the lobby and only after talking to support they told me I have to find the date of the tournaments from reading the Terms and Conditions.. who does that?

Hi Andrew,

I have two tickets that expire in 8 days.
- double trouble
- super double trouble

Tuesday 2nd of may i have a diner in the evening, so can't join both trouble tournaments. Can you please give them a week more before they expire?

It has been a while since i've played here it used to be possible to exchange tickets for playtrough bonuses, is that still a thing ?

Hey Andrew,
There is an annoyin bug since the last update: while multitabling, random tables keep poping up as the main table, even if there is no action on them, while the tables which i have action on remain in the background.
Is anybody else experiencing this?

Hey Andrew,

I haven't played last month at all since there were more than a few big bugs in the software.
I just logged in and lost all of my tickets, even the bounty ticket I won by eliminating one of your unibt ambassadors.

Could you please reinstate them? Thank you in advance!

Yes, I did it a few weeks ago but no longer in this thread. You have to do it on unibetcommunity.com > poker > ticket exchange log in with your normal unibet data and start a thread.

Are the servers down or something? I am registered folr two tournaments, but they don't seem to be running. Biut the should have started by now.

EDIT:NVM games running as nomal after I restarted the software. And with running as normal I mean my AQ gets outdrawn by AJ

Sometimes I canīt buy in to the tables. Only been this way since the new update. I get an error message saying "Your buy-in failed because your login has expired. Please login again." If I try to reload on a table that I am already sitting at when I get this it just doesn't reload, I donīt get an error message. The really weird thing is that I have a cash game ticket, with this I can buy in to new tables or reload without a problem even after getting the message. Only solution I have found is to restart the client, which unfortunately has the negative side effect of losing all my tables .
