Sorry, I've been a bit lazy with 2 + 2. Chris answered a bit for me when I was away, and then I didn't know what was going on with the different conversations. So for a few of these, sorry if I'm duplicating stuff Chris has already said.

The third event hasn't been announced yet. Bucharest will be 30 Nov to 3 Dec (not sure what's going on with the url though: http://unibetopen.com/live-events/UO_4rd_edition/)

The contracts aren't finalised for the 3rd event yet, but hopefully we'll have news soon.

The general policy for exchanges are:

If you win one package to an event via satellites and a second via Challenges or another promo, we can move the 2nd package to a later event, or we can convert it into €2k of tickets.

If you win one package via any method, we can move it to a later event, though the closer we get to the current one, the harder it is move and I can't guarantee it.

If you win one package via any method, alternatively we can convert it to €1k of tickets. This is a reduced amount because we get a lot of value having players go to these events - we think it keeps them as players for longer, and we get good press. This is also why we effectively subsidise UO satellites with overlays at the lower end.

On average, 1.25m points will be 12.5k raked, so 4.2k raked per month. The number of hands that is will depend on how you play, the looser, the fewer.

We don't really record rake per hand by stake, so you'd have to play a few and see. We rake less at PL25 than any other site, so it'll be hard to compare between sites.

Not yet I'm afraid, the tool to add bonus points is really clunky (you have to upload an excel file in the right format). When it's possible to add points more easily, I think we should do it.

Thanks. Yeh, we own the 24hbet brand as it was part of iGame. We shut it down earlier in the month, and we mailed all of their poker players in an attempt to migrate them to the Unibet brand instead.

There was a problem where a couple hundred people got included when they shouldn't have, but we've let them keep the bonuses etc.

As the verification team itself weren't busy, maybe it would have made sense for me to send documents direct to them. I think there is a documents@ address on your website but two previous people (one was Patric IIRC) told me to send documents not to that address but to the main support address.

It's important to vary the targets of promotions, or they stop working. I'd prefer that high hand did a bit more during regular peak hours, but that isn't really its aim. The Bounty leaderboard again targets a different player segment to the ones we've targeted recently.

Hi Andrew,

Is there a reason why the €1 18 man cap tournaments, which ran every 15 minutes, are not in the client anymore? I think they were great for people with a small bankroll that would like to play a small MTT, and we also used them to play with people in the twitch chat during streams, so we could compete together and everyone could come in with that buyin.

how do i verify my account with you like send passport and a utility bill i want everything verified before i deposit because im sure i had an account on your old site when it was ipoker or whatever network and it was a free bankroll and i never deposited so i made a new one recently looking to play there.

Log in to the main website.

Go to My Account (click on the bit at top right showing your balance to reveal the my account button)

Click Account > Verify Account

and it will tell you what to do (I can't see as I've already done this so it just tells me I'm verified).

I was having some issues too with white space; managed to re log after restarting client 4 times. Had some weird stuff going on and loading Unibet webpages takes a while. Cant seem to play any session longer than like 2 hours without dodgy stuff going on recently. I restart client every hour on breaks and still get phantom issues.

I contacted with Unibet support. I played 5max 2euro sng 6 tables and i was disconnected for 15-20 minutes. After this time only one table sng left (from 5tables i was eliminated without play). Woman from support told me that only i was disconnected from tables and its my fault... I had stable internet connection. While playing at this time 2euro sngs played 40-50person but after this situation when could connect i saw just 7person on this stakes...
strange because its not normal. I tried to login from browser but no results (site crashed) tried to start client from second computer but the same poor results... blank space instead of login and password.

Andrew, for at least the last month i've been having a problem whereby the software automatically folds certain hands before i've had a chance to click any buttons. It doesn't happen often but it has happened at least half a dozen times and i've just managed to record a short video of it happening:

If you watch tournament 5513296 (top-left) you'll see that i'm dealt AJ on the button heads-up but the hand is immediately folded before i've had a chance to do anything and before the action buttons have even appeared. It's as if the table is still registering me clicking the "Fold to any bet button" from the previous hand. It's also happened on hands 490613215 and 491780070 and a few more before that, and on at least one of those I was also heads-up, which may be the common factor.

If you do not log in for a full quarter (3 months from Jan/April/July/October 1st basically) then they'll expire.
