I do not recall any connection problems shortly prior to the hand. SNGs don't have a "Play" button iirc.
Due to ISP blocking I use a VPN to login and once in I switch it off, which results in a short disconnect at that moment, but doubt that's related.

Not that I remember, apart from those two hands everything seemed to be running smoothly, and after i'd closed that table down (whilst still playing on two others) and reopened it everything carried on just as smoothly.

Since new update, software is stable but I cant set it up to show me the hand strenght, firstly when i go on-of it was showing wrong (from some past hand) now it doesnt show at all.
Now few minutes ago the tables just "blured" on some places.
Can u please forward it somewhere Andrew, i will send u a pic.

There is an add another table button, but no rematch against that same opponent. It is, I believe, a conscious decision as Unibet does not want weaker players exploited and busted so quickly that they do not feel they got sufficient entertainment for their deposit dollar.

Hey!

I would suggest to have some more options at the bonus shop.
I mean when someone reaches 5M points, he will get 650000 bp; which is worth 6500€.
So if you would like to buy NL200 tickets from it, you can buy 10 of thoose now.
It would be really nice to se some 5BI or even 10BI deep tickets at the bonus point shop.
Or if there would be a way to merge the tickets.

It's really a pain in the ass if you have to use 5+ tickets at the same time.

What do you guys think? Should the next update fix this?

It's because of the way the server program was built. It's possible to change, but it's a TON of work, and on something fairly fundamental, which makes it slow and quite dangerous. So it's just one of those things that will probably never end up high enough on the list to get built I'm afraid.

Exactly - people use it in the hope of having another shot at a player they don't think is very good. That defeats the purpose of there being no table selection.

There're already 500 and 1000bb tickets in the shop.

When people say 'cash bonus' it makes me think they're misunderstanding what's available. Cash tickets are one thing, and playthrough bonuses are another. You can exchange promo tickets to either though, with the usual ticket exchange rules. Please contact support or use the community site to do either.

so, some over-due positive feed-back:

- Since the big update soon after the new client launch, the client has gone from being over-all **** to being extremely good. Very impressed by the interface visually and functionally, and the hand replayer functions well enough now. Even the old disconnection issues/crashes seem to have improved somewhat. Thanks for the hard work.

- The addition of nl800 is very nice.



one small thing: the NLHE minor challenge of winning hands where 3 players see a flop is definitely incorrectly valued. at nl400 it plays like a major challenge or even longer imo. and i think this challenge must play drastically differently at nl400 than, say, nl10, and here's why:
at micro-stakes, people more often flat-call an open-raise, which invites an over-caller. however, mid-stakes pros don't cold-call and over-call open-raises as much as at lower stakes, especially from from the small blind. The lack of small blind flat-calling is key, as at micro-stakes, a very common 3-handed flop situation is when BU opens, SB flats, and then BB can correctly flatcall almost any two cards...
this makes reaching these flop situations at nl400+ harder for not just grinders, but recs too. in fact the effect is stronger for a rec, as a rec is more likely to be playing vs grinders preflop, and inversely grinders are more likely to be playing vs at least 1 rec preflop. so this actually punishes recs to a small degree.
also, at nl400+ on unibet, imo a bigger % of the recs (compared to microstakes) play a very aggressive preflop style, so it's not only the grinders making this spot less common.

I have self excluded for a week due to excessive runbad...I have 5x25UK Tour tickets that will expire during that period...I was going to alert Jeppe/Marco/Stubbe at Unibet Community re this and ask them to renew the tickets when they expire but now see I am also excluded from the Unibet Community site...could you pass this request on to the lads please and hopefully I'll be good to go in a week.

Can you still not track winnings and losses on here even if you don't have HM open while the client is open?

I dont use a HUD anyway I just like to see my results good or bad to see where i'm at.

No, for that HEM would need to parse some kind of text file to track the results. Unibet games don't output anything client side.

However, you can contact live support and ask them to email you with your results data for whatever game type you play.

Tried to withdraw from Unibet, but the page keeps loading and loading... Same with the deposit (that I tested out). Curiously, the queue was at least 10 minutes on the live chat ("we are experiencing unusual high volume") and now it is down ("we are unfortunately offline at the moment").

Anybody else getting this?
