If i buy a NL10 €10 cash ticket or NL25 €25 cash ticket, how many flops do they need to see to be turned into a cash amount?

On the front page of the client, the arrow next to the alias allows the user to pick a diffferent screenname/avatar. On the profile page, the arrow does nothing at all. And yet I keep clicking the damn thing. Grrr. To reiterate my earlier whine, the client requires too much clicking and scrolling for my liking. (I have RSI). The 'mystery meat navigation' (which is unfortunately endemic in mobile apps) and the 'barely there' scrollbars really annoy me. But I'm easily annoyed. *Goes and shouts at clouds*

Hi Andrew, is there any plan to allow restriction on playing certain stakes/game types? The opportunity as a HUSNG grinder to ban myself from cash games/high stakes games would be great and would mean you would get so much more volume from me as it removes the temptation when you're having a bad session/week.

Is anyone in a position where they are seemingly never going to clear the backlog of bonuses on their account? I'm currently clearing a big bonus with multiple 100 and 75 bonuses in the backlog and by the time I've cleared the big bonus I'll have about ten or more bonuses to clear....

This isn't a complaint btw

I'm new to Unibet, played 6 tables yesterday and 9 today.

Both times the tables froze at one point. I spoke with support and sent them data and screenshots.

What are my chances of getting a refund?

€: And any idea on how to prevent the software from further freezing?

It helps if all your software and drivers are up to date. I really don't know why so many people are having issues still. I don't notice any difference on brand new laptop compared to 4 y/o desktop

FWIW, the SNG lobby failed to appear on my first log-in every day this week, and clicking on my satty tickets frequently brings up no results where it normally lists the upcoming tourneys. It's pretty weird how sometimes the client just doesn't seem to be fully functional on the initial boot-up, but usually works OK after I reload the client. My old PC might be partially to blame.

P.S. Just to balance my range by posting something positive, I'm impressed by new Ambassador Ian Simpson's twitch stream. https://www.twitch.tv/iansimpsonpoker has a nice mix of strategy and banter, so he seems like a great signing to the team.

The tickets not showing the tourneys was a thing that happened with freeroll tickets if the registration was not open for the MTT you could use the ticket for. It may be the same thing here.

I agree with the goal, but there's a goal that pulls in the opposite direction too, where we need to ensure readability in all different possible lobby sizes. I don't think we're in the right spot with this at the moment, but we can never have it so that we're only completing one of those two goals. It'll always be some form of compromise between them.

It's 300 and 325 respectively. Both are equivalent to 100% rakeback while playing them.

Thanks, I'll include it in the bug report thread.

I agree on the scrollbars, and some of them are basically invisible. I think there's a ton of relatively small quality of life improvements to be made after the big stuff is fixed.

This is one of those things that I'd like, but it's hard to find development time for it. Unless we get a lot more demand for it, or unless it becomes a regulatory requirement somewhere, I think it's going to remain quite low on the list I'm afraid.

Yes. Generally you can't exchange bonuses, but some players get into an eternal-backlog problem. We'll exchange pending bonuses for anyone in that situation.

Could you post your dxdiag front page please? win key + R, dxdiag. I can't tell from this post alone whether it's CPU lag or something else.
