Hand strength isnt shown on the table anymore.
I already tried turning the setting off and on again, but it doesn't make a difference.

Hi Andrew, i proof my Deposit. After that i had also to to proof my address and my ID what takes like 2 weeks because they dont Accepted my first documents.

Now everything is proofed and accepted but the support told me realy that i cant get my money, because its not possible to transfer my money to my german Bank Account because the UK market and the German market are two seperated regulated markets and i need a bank account in the UK to get my money what i dont have. I just had a bank account in Germany.

I dont want that they send me the money to my german bank account, i just want the money on my new german Unibet account so that i can play on Unibet.

That is realy annoying now , its now more than 5 weeks now that i try to solve this, and after one problem is solved another problem is coming

Hi,

Since the software update I keep getting this message when I try to open Unibetpoker on my pc:

DirectX Update Required: This application requires a DirectX11 compatible video card and driver. Please check with your video card manufacturer.

I really don't know how to solve this, as last year I could play without any problems. Besides, my pc is able to run everything else so it must be good enough to run Unibetpoker I think.

Hoping someone could help me, thanks in advance!

From what I've experienced today, this is a massive improvement. Cpu lag has gone, top-up works pretty well, after disconnection it takes 1sec for all the tables to come back...everything seems to have become significantly better.

Great work on update, finnaly can run client also on older laptop. Only one problem occurs as visible on picture below:




It seems that this rounded buttons are somewhat blurred... anyone with this problem?

I like the double-width "check" button when we shouldn't want to fold.

It does remove the chance for a tactical ICM open muck as per:

but I think it's a good rule. It's arguable whether the tactical open muck is even 100% ethical and seems out of step with the idea we have to play our hands to the best of our ability and e.g. never check behind nuts on the river etc.

the client (and the last one also) won't show my account's balance. I can only check it via browser.

It depends which format/stake level you're talking about, but anecdotally I don't think the difference on Unibet is quite as extreme as it is on Stars, especially at the lower limits. There are certain times of day where you'd have to pay me to play on Stars, but Unibet doesn't have such a glut of mass-tablers, so there are usually some juicy tables even when traffic is low.

Sitout alert on web browser is working fine now, it's a nice addition. Personally think it'd be better if table prioritised when you bust a tourney; it's pretty easy to not realise you've bust for a few minutes, plus it can be difficult to reg another sng when other tables are constantly stealing focus.

Dunno how effective this moving on up promo is for cash games, but this months sng version of it sounds good in theory.

Andrew,

I played live poker this weekend after a long break and thought there are a lot of fun things in livepoker that I wish online had.

For ex this hand, how awesome would it be if this was possible online?
Game was 2-2 NL with 250bb eff stacks.

Folds to HERO on the HJ
raise 6€ with AT
CO folds
BTN calls
BB calls

FLOP: KQ2

HERO bets 12€
BTN calls
BB folds

TURN: 4

HERO bets 36€
BB calls

RIVER: 5

HERO: Flips open the A and bets 145€.
BB tanks and folds T9.


Not necessarily exactly a spot like this where I show a card DURING a hand but just the possibility to show one card would be fun, like after a river bet when villain folds.
Instead of "show cards" you could have SHOW card1, SHOW card2, SHOW both or MUCK cards.
I think it would add more fun to the game.
There could be other livepoker things that would be fun in online table too like:

- possibilty to straddle (I guess this would´ve been done already if it was possible but still.)
- running it twice (Some sites already do this right? Atleast for higher stakes)

And prob a lot more that would be more entertaining for recs and regs alike.

Just a thought.

Well you could try to do as the error message says: Download DirectX11.

Have not had a single crash since the update that fixed reloading. Then I get the one table freeze within ten minutes of the new patch. Played for 2 hours after that with no problems so hope it was a one time thing.
