Recently started playing on Unibet where I played a lot last year. What has happened to the client? It crashes every now and then and once you restart the client and get back to tables you can not rebuy until you close tables. When on a waiting list, you can not buy in once the table starts if you have been in line for few minutes. Instead you have to rejoin the wait list and see what happens. Also the "leave all tables next BB" (and the whole menu of these options) is terribly positioned and alert to missclicks all the time. Also the new client feels more heavy or laggy even on a high end setup.

Just my few cents for Andrew to pass to the dev team.

Pretty sure these tickets work in the same way as UO ones in that they can't be exchanged.

I was hoping that it would be possible to change the ticket because I received it at a prize drop.
Regarding the flop counter, I even rebooted the software, but nothing worked (still a better response than support provided ). However this morning the flop counter seems to work correctly. I also received 2 increments of my bonus, so that's also okay.

I also had a problem that my cash ticket flop counter didnt work (it does now) and that my cash bonus playthrough % didnt update. I hope that today the cash bonus problem is fixed as well.

Hi Andrew, can you please extend my bonus? I've only recently returned to the site and started playing more since till a few weeks ago the new client was unplayable for me and there was nothing I could do. One of my names is abwman.

Anyone else having ongoing problems with the software? It freezes around 3-4 times during each ~2hour session. Obv spots come up where I hold the nuts getting ready to jam the turn and it freezes resulting in me loosing the whole pot. Its a frustrating problem and not to mention an expensive one as well.

Any ideas how to fix this? I mean the occasional disconnect or freeze is to be expected. But several times a day is just to much to enjoy the UniBet grind...

I two table SnGs and have not had any problem or freezing of any kind for well over a month.

How many tables are you playing? What else do you have running in the background?

+1 Since the launch of Unibet2 in December, the crashes have been terrible, but nothing like the February update, which clusters my mac with freezes and disconnects What can we do though Give it another 3-6 months, and 80% of the problems might be gone...

If you are using a cash ticket and you lose, currently you get kicked off the table. Pls allow to buyin for normal cash if that happens.

Hi !
I have a bug whenever I join the waiting list of a table. If it takes less than 10-20 seconds to find I seat i can join, but if it takes longer it appears as though my account balance is 0 and I can't join.
Does anyone else encounter this ?

They dumped like 200 between each other so should be a lot of hands between the two.

Is that at 4NL? I would not recommend staying on a table with 2 red devils if one of them has $72. That's ridiculous. Just report them on the Unibet community forum (they get banned very quickly) and join another table.

Hi Andrew

Firstly, just wanted to say I've just started playing on unibet. Thus far absolutely loving it, app is very good and no glitches etc at all for me.

Few questions, having difficulty finding where to track my progress on the loyalty programme? I'm using the app

Secondly, the €200 starter bonus. I'm currently working my way through this. Is there an expiry? where can I view this? I signed up in December but just started playing. Possibility to extend this if necessary?
