Hi andrew! I used to play a lot poker at unibet, but i took a break for a few months. Today i wanted to start playing again, so i opened the client... and under the notification i saw: - you have received a cash game ticket: 100nl100, jan 16, 23:39 and - you have received a cash game ticket: 100nl100, jan 2, 19:56. but both tickets are not credit to my account, that says: you have no cash game tickets available. Can you please check this out for me and restore these tickets ? username is: ValueBlufff (with 3 "f" at the end). thanks,

If you have any refund requests after the server problem on Friday, please contact regular support. They'll be able to help you out.

If they are having trouble reproducing this, it's in the browser version I'm observing it.
Thanks, I'll pass this on to the developers.

I'm afraid I don't do ticket exchanges anymore. Please contact regular support, or use the Community Site.

You got the 2nd one because the 1st expired, so I credited you with that first one.

yes, numbers work but Del doesn't, which can be very inconvenient.
It is like that since the introduction of new client.

Are you in a place which uses a decimal comma instead of a decimal point?

If so the questions I'd ask as a developer would be
Does changing the keyboard settings to US format make a difference?
Are you using the client in your local language or in English?

Do any of the 4 possible combinations of keyboard settings and client language work or does it not work with all of them?

Had this again tonight. Is this something that has been reported by someone else as well?

We released our Q4 & end of year figures to the market this morning. Poker was up 64.5% year on year, while the Group in general was up 53.7%. Poker is the fastest growing product within the Group.

Does anyone else have this problem? I can't test on the desktop client, only the browser (where it works for me)

Does it work for you in the browser version?

This is CPU lag. Here're the various times in the past where you've had CPU lag and I've told you that it's CPU lag:

That is CPU lag. Could you post the front page and the display tab of your dxdiag please. I also suggest having the task manager open, so that you can see what CPU usage the client is on when you have these problems.

SNGs already have 3 minute blind levels. If you make them shorter it just turns into flipping coins. If there is an need for something else then the next one should be 6 or 7 minute levels to fit nicely into an hour of play.

Spin and goes have turned Pokerstars from the classiest site into the tackiest. It also breaks one of the principles of poker - people trust it because the site doesn't have its own skin in the game.

The one feature I think would be a real monster would be zoom tournaments. Ideal for mobile, all the advantages of MTTs but without the big disadvantage - the ridiculous time commitment necessary. If you went with 4-minute levels then there would still be a ton of play for the participants for their money before the final table hits. You could start one at 10pm and be done by midnight, which would be perfect for people working the next day.

Hey Andrew sorry to bother you with that, but I am rarely finding some time nowadays to play a few hands. I got a free cash game ticket a few weeks ago and was able to make a bit of a profit on that (still ~250 flops to go). I wanted to play a bit more today but unfortunately it looks like that my time plan was not right and the ticket expired yesterday.
Would you be so kind to reset it for me ._.?

Current NLHU SNGs are perfect. Don't touch them.
If you want more of a rush, play two tables etc.

Of the ideas mentioned, faster tournaments would be great. How about one called the "Nightly 3 Hours or Less $1K Guaranteed" or something like that?

The main reluctance I have with playing tournies is the time commitment or an understanding of how long they will take to make it into the money. I suspect that I am not alone.

Personally, I don't want to see any of these at all.
