Just found another (not that import tho) bug in the software.

Was checking how many challenge points I accumulated in the last few days.
Often the same entries are shown 2 or 3 times:

The leaderboard doesen't seem to be updated. I finished second in the 1 euro evening deepstack (sick brag). But I still have the same number of points. One of my aliases is GoldenEar.

Cant top up cash tables. Overall 'the update' is the same old, slow story.

Finally i have completed my mission but can you please reactivate my cash-game-ticket.

Yup, the same here. Worse since last update : still the same hourly crahses/table freezes, on top of the new no-reload bug that forces me to close and reopen tables when I bust out (which oftentimes causes me to lose my seat/rejoin the waitlist).

I think the new update has made things smoother on my end. Nice to be able to load up the hand replayer without the client crashing.

Andrew - is there any chance I can get an extension on a cash game ticket? I'm away for 10 nights from Thursday and my cash game ticket will expire. Is there any chance I can get this extended this week?

I am player ni.kotsaris.I am a new player and I have a serious problem.
I have contacted support numerous times,the last time they said they would contact me but many days passed and nothing.

My account was disabled .I asked at the support,they did not know. then they told me that Relax gaming had disabled my account for abusing cash tickets.
I didnt even know how to use them.I have never used a cash ticket.
I sent an email to Relax gaming,but they do not answer. I cannot contact them as I cannot find their phone number.
I spoke again with unibet support and they told me they would contact me in a few days,but nothing happened.

Can you please look into this matter for me?It is unacceptable to get banned for something that I did not do.Tell them to check again please.

I have a suggestion regarding SNGs.

I think you mentioned earlier in the thread - something along the lines of - traffic for SNGs on the site hasn't grown as fast as other games. Maybe if you ran some promotions for SNGs more people would play them. Pretty sure the Golden SNGs on Stars have been a success.

There always seems to be some kind of promotion for cash games and MTTs but I haven't come across any for SNGs. Why is that?

After new update software really sucks. I play on older laptop, done everything that was suggested, reinstalled windows 10 and still no help (cant run client at all). Really bad that problems occurs also in browser version (no top up option sometimes, freezes every 30-40 mis etc...) Really shame because overall enjoyment on site is pretty ok

They cant tell me that one fact since 2016.jun...why? I've been playing poker since 2009 and never had this kind of problem, and i didnt do anything that can cause a ban.

you must have a lot of patience with support...
eventually they will solve the problem, when you find a competent person to help you

cash balance is only shown if i log in via browser;
it shows like image if i log in from poker client/ tablet/ phone...

Click the grey dot next to 'show balance'

Or turn off hide balance from settings.

I have an active poker bonus. How does it work when I clear parts of it? It doesent get added as cash straight away, correct?

You get the parts as you clear them.

Example: You have a €50 bonus in €10 parts. When you reach 100% of the first part you get the €10. Rinse and repeat until you complete all the parts or the bonus expires, whichever happens first.

how do i use cashgame ticket? i can only buy in for € from my balance.
and they keep expireing.

If you have a cash ticket available and open a table at that buy in you should see two boxes at the buy in window, one for cash and one for ticket. Just make sure ticket is highlighted and then buy in as normal.

When you have a cash ticket for the respective stake and the table opens, you can select it on the upper left.
