I much prefer the T to the 10. It would be great to have a much wider choice of decks though - so maybe both decks could be included with that difference only. The T is maybe anglocentric so offer other people the French cards with the V and D etc. Maybe I could get my wife to play if there was a 52 card deck based on the "German" cards (which I'm told are more popular here in former Austria-Hungary than in Germany proper).

I've said a couple of times in this thread that I expect this trend to continue. The COO of our developers was Head of Poker here before me, and we agree on the scale of the problem, today and in the future. Our developers take catching bots very seriously. Our goal is to be the toughest place to run a bot.

Related, but not exactly the same - there doesn't appear to be a way to have consistently +EV GTO solutions for six handed NLHE or PLO games, because it depends too much on what your opponents do. At the moment we have, at best, approximations for some bet sizings.

But I think we'll definitely reach a point where people are playing something close to GTO in headsup situations, particularly BTN vs. BB or SB vs. BB. I don't think there's much we can do about bots there, except to look at how many GTO mistakes someone makes - HUSNG appear to be too hard to play GTO perfectly, so these situations probably are too.

I also think it helps to have no hand histories.

Well, like I've said many times this month, this is high on the priority list. It isn't that the software is heavy per se, it's that some computers are running it much closer than they ought to be. This is probably down to a bug.

I think we can say that opinion is mixed here. I agree we could use different deck designs though, and it's on the list. Localising deck designs would be interesting, does anyone else do that?

Nothing has changed in the client since yesterday. So it's something on your side. That's how the f*** it can't be solved by now.

I'm not sure about explicitly localized designs - so I don't think we should say "You're in Wallonia so your king will be labelled 'R' whether you like it that way or not" - I just think offering a wider choice of decks than the current 2 could entail including various options, including some which will appeal more to specific countries than others - the T for 10 deck will presumably be more popular in countries where 10 begins with T, primarily the UK and Scandinavia.

Also if you're starting with more decks it would be a good way to increase the number quickly - editing existing decks just changing the language.

Would it not just be easier to use the universally known '10' and save on making lots of variants of the same deck?

Having a look at the Twitch poker lobby I cannot see anyone from any language on any software running a localised deck. That's not to say they don't exist but it seems like a very niche thing to have in the client when things like choosing our quick bet sizes are not included in order to keep things simple.

Playing cards are pretty universal and we're just talking about the specific subset of people that like using a simple 4-colour option. You would expect that they're the players that have been playing a while and are used to either T or 10, regardless of their native tongue.

I agree on the "T/10" issue. The number 10 is universal.

I think since there is '10' in original, pictured deck, it is only natural to also have it in colored deck, because pictures in original deck also have a letter (K,Q,J), while 10 is always just a 10 without 'T'.
'T' only makes sense on forums, imo.

It were 2 x 2€ saturday stack qualifiers. Tomorrow my 2€ UO ticket is going to expire. I'll let it expire and will test if I can find the expired ticket on my account.

At NL100, I get approximately the same amount of points for "have all players fold to you in the bb" and "win a pot where 3 players or more see the flop". The latter takes me 4 times more hands to complete. It's probably closer at lower limits, but at mine there's got to be a problem with the way the necessary rake to achieve is calculated.

Just remove all the tens from the deck imo. I haven't won with top two vs a gutshot since 1993.

Of all the minor NL challenges, the one you mention is undoubtedly the hardest to get done. I can imagine fish getting that challenge, though, and they proceed to donk it all off in any 3 way pot they get in.

Agree with the earlier posts....would much prefer 10 as opposed to T (the whole idea of the four colour deck is surely to make things easier to discern, I don't want to see scrabble words on the flop)....or even better give the old four colour as an option.

Given that we already have a choice of decks, having a greater choice doesn't seem a big deal in terms of making the client more complicated. Some background/deck combinations will look bad, because our backgrounds are more colourful than other sites, so having a choice is a good idea I think.

Cash game tickets let you play at that cash game stake. They have a playthrough requirement of a certain number of flops. On average, they're 100% rb equivalent while playing them (it depends how many flops you see vs. the population average). When you have seen that number of flops, the ticket's value is credited to your account.

I'm afraid I don't convert tickets in this thread, please contact support or use the community site. It's also only possible to convert tickets into other ticket types.

On the subject of that - the tournament lobby filter "hide closed registrations" hides the "red" tournaments that are in their later stages that we can no longer register for, and it also hides the "yellow" tournaments for which registration is yet to open - so the sportsbook freeroll is invisible until an hour before it starts.

I'm not sure it makes sense to hide the yellow ones.

2. I play exclusively $2/$4 games on Unibet, nothing lower and I was wondering if it would be possible not to get any tournament tickets as bonuses? To have a checkbox in the client that would offer straight linear rakeback or something like that.
First of all, it is pretty annoying to have these pop-ups appear with "Congratulations, you have won a $1 MTT Ticket" once you have a couple of tables.
Second, well, if players play stakes above $0.25/$0.5 do you think they ever use these rewards?

Or just keep crediting bonus points and widening the shop, perhaps? Id even prefer to buy exclusive avatars instead of having useless $1, $5, $10 MTT tickets I will never use.

3. Colluding. I have a fair bit of suspection that collision takes place at the Unibet tables, specifically PLO 2/4. Do you save hand histories, at least, internally? Do you keep track of a players account and their respective statistics? Do you check high volume accounts and their EV results, etc?

4. PLO 5 card. Any plans to introduce this game? There should be a lot of scandi traffic @ Unibet so adding 5card omaha would make sense. Also it wouldn't be much of a hassle programming wise and front end wise also.
