No chat because of toxic players. Most of the time it adds more negative experiences to the players than good.

This morning I was able to get about 1,300 players from AL, BG, CO, CZ, DE, HR, MD, RO, RS & SK added to the ewallet exception list. These are players who play poker and have previously used an ewallet from those countries.

If you are from one of those countries, you play poker, and you've made an ewallet deposit, could you check to see if it's now enabled for you again please, and let me know?

I think it was coincidence, but glad to hear it's working again now.

This is the general policy:

If you win one package to an event via satellites and a second via Challenges or another promo, we can move the 2nd package to a later event, or we can convert it into €2k of tickets.

If you win one package via any method, we can move it to a later event, though the closer we get to the current one, the harder it is move and I can't guarantee it.

If you win one package via any method, alternatively we can convert it to €1k of tickets. This is a reduced amount because we get a lot of value having players go to these events - we think it keeps them as players for longer, and we get good press. This is also why we effectively subsidise UO satellites with overlays at the lower end.

This isn't a widespread problem. It's probably going to be related to limited system resources though, as the client blacking out is a symptom of CPU lag. Some sites need more resources than others, which is why it only happens on some sites. If you close some other programs, it ought to help.

Partly it's about simplicity. I want the client to be as simple as possible, which means having fewer buttons and options.

Partly it's about game speed. Having this option slows the games down a bit, without a huge gain.

Exactly. The idea is that the community site (and this thread) let us get a lot of the positives that chat would bring, without having to accept the huge negatives that come with it.

Speaking of game speed. Why sitouts auto folding and even active players folding/calling/betting animations takes so much time? It really slows the speed of the game. I don't know exactly how long does it take but I noticed it is the longest in the industry. Take an example of microgaming's instant animations. That would increase game of speed at the tables a lot. Faster pace and you get more in rake as well

Semi-bug report.

If I register for several SNGs at once, I get a message like "A player from your IP address is already in the queue, you have been placed in an alternate queue." The waiting messages at the bottom of all SNG windows still show the number of people who need to join the main queue for the next SNG, rather than for any alternate queue though.

Obviously in the vast majority of cases that previously registered player is going to be the user himself so the system should not just check IP address but also log-in and tailor the message to that.

TBH I think this message isn't actually necessary anyway. People grinding at the same location in the same SNGs will quickly work out that the system is not seating them together and the regular user obviously doesn't expect to occupy more than one seat at the same SNG. I'm curious/nosey/interested to know if it reflects any new functionality - previously was it possible to have the same IP address twice in an SNG? Is there now an "alternate queue" allowing one to open the number of cash tables one wants all at the same time rather than having to do it gradually as before?

I just won the Unibet Package through the challenges, am a Canadian (living in the Yukon, just by Alaska) who will not be able to attend the event, so want to exchange it for 2k in tickets. The problem is, I will be doing a 12 day meditation retreat for the next starting in 4 days, so will be unable to login and thus use the cash tickets during that period. Should I simply get the package exchanged in 2 weeks time, or can I exchange it now and reactive my cash tickets once they expire?

Some of my ticket conversion's had "difficulties" this week (through regular support);
- Earlier this week I asked to extend/revive 3x 1SS, but this didn't happen, can you revive them?
- The conversion yesterday they took 2x 1MTT to much (they should have taken 1x 1MTT + 1x 4MTT and they took 3x 1MTT + 1x 4MTT), can i have these 2x 1MTT back please?

- Then i was not paying attention also early this week, and 2x 1UO expired also......maybe you can revive these too?
