My holecards sometimes (3-4 times i think) moved to other places on the table yesterday after the patch. My avatar and stacksize vanished 1 time i think.

Mentioned a while ago, but I still get the following bugs every day:

Click to reg a 10 or 25euro 5max sng, and it opens a 1/2 euro game even though they aren't on screen.

Click to reg a 100euro 5max sng and client freezes.

I can live with both, just means that I'm often wary to reg a 100 mid session and sometimes I misclick reg a 1 or 2 euro game.

So weird that at times there's a decent sized pool at 25s, and it's just me sitting the 50+, I'm sure lots of the 25 regs must not know about the reduced rake at 50+, that or poor game selection by them.

Yesterday I had everything but my holecards go missing and the holecards were on top of the flop.

What happened was, I was bet into and at that moment my "stackbox" vanished and my holecards jumped on top of the flop cards. And also, my cards were faded, like the way folded cards are shown.

I was too concentrated on other tables that I forgot to take a screenshot but I recorded the session so if I find the spot, I´ll post a pic.

I gotta say, as much as I love your reward system, I started playing a lot of cash halfway through the month after a hiatus and I didn't play much on unibet because I couldn't realistically get anywhere much further than ~12% rakeback before it resets. I'm not sure what the solution to this is, but just wanted to throw it out there. I'll be joining properly tomorrow for Q3

Make smaller steps i think in the challenge system. So instead of 20k points jump make a 10k jump but ofc with a reduced reward. I think people will play more if they get rewarded more frequently but with less rewards and recveiing the same rakeback

This is a different point entirely, my point was that in the little time left in Q2 I could play my ass off and end up with 200k points and 12% rakeback.

I dont mind the low rakeback in that tier to be honest otherwise it would attract to many rakebackgrinders/nits that grind the **** out of 10-25NL. Poker should be about winning pre rakeback and not about the rakeback itself. That is something that has been lost over the years in my opinion.

This post reminds me of the old realistically vs. reality debate. Here's an example:

Little Johnny goes to Daddy and asks what's the difference between realistically and reality. Daddy replies son go ask your sister if she'd sleep with Justin Bieber for $1 million dollars and then go ask your Mom if she'd sleep with Brad Pitt for $1 million dollars. Little Johnny follows his Dad's instructions and reports back to his Dad saying that they both would. To which Daddy replies, well there you have it son; Realistically we should have $2 million dollars but in reality all we have is a couple of whores living in our house.

The point is realistically decent players should be able to make money pre-rb. But in reality we need rakeback and promos to earn.

I understand your statement but its seems that over the years more and more focus is put into rakeback/rakebackdeals than actual good poker to make money. Maybe i underestimate the value of rakeback because I never really look at the numbers and it might affect my winrate more than I know.

But i think the lower rakeback for the middle of the payout scheme is a good thing to prevent stakes from 4-25nl to become somewhat infested with regs that mostly rely on rakeback to survive and play mass volume.

there was something i was missing, its the achievements bug, idk how to explain...On a table we can put a achievement on the bottom left of the avatar. this is totally bugged. somethimes on table 2-4 people get a same achievement pop up for like seconds in the row. (its bling bling bling up and somethimes the achievements stays on me or villians)

Re: XP bug - I couldn't replicate it. I set up a virtual machine that ran XP, and all I got was having to accept an invalid certificate.

I don't think that people react to rake very much. Reducing it for churn or PR reasons makes sense, but I don't think it gets the games to run in and of itself. I'll see if we can put a banner up, but it could just be that we haven't hit the critical mass of players needed at 25 for 50 to run much.

There're also really weird dynamics when games start running for the first time on low traffic, as I imagine you're aware. Alias changes help that a bit, but I don't think they solve it.

I wanted to make a loyalty scheme that rewarded loyalty rather than site-hopping, which is why I made it quarterly rather than monthly, but yeh, that does come with a downside. It's why I didn't make it annual by the way, I didn't know what kind of shape we'd be in a year after we launched as it was such a risk to go standalone.

The 12% thing is due to another compromise where I wanted to pay the same at the top and way way more at the bottom without spending much more.

There's been some discussion about lowering the threshold where we roll points over to the following month. We're thinking of setting it to 500k instead of 1m, which wouldn't solve your problem of course, but if it works we could maybe lower it further.

We had really high revenue the last few days, but yesterday was worse than the two days preceeding it. Partly that'll be down to the football restarting, but partly it'll be down to people hitting their 500k target or whatever, then stopping.

I think this is related but a bit different. I agree with this idea, but we're talking Q4 at best here.

Yeh, this is true too. I think you need the higher stake grinders because there're fewer casual players there, but when you have enough casual players the grinders are less important. The grinders will come anyway. We just need to encourage the casual players as much as we can, hence the good rewards in the low end of the loyalty scheme.

I've had the wrong SNG thing before - you scroll down and click a particular SNG, but it registers you for the level that position would be if you hadn't scrolled down. (e.g. if you are scrolled down two notches, the 10 euro button registers you for a two euro)

It was rare but I mostly saw it on XP when processor was very busy I think.

Whats the deal with all the stat programs people have running surely this is something you need to sort asap, it seems very unfair for a site that says there not allowed im not bothered about being tracked myself but seems unfair if i cant track others i think all should be allowed until you find a way to stop this??
