Andrew not sure if the DBL trbl tickets are transferable to another week the week of 24sept I didn't get an entry and am fairly sure I lost more than 20 euro in cash, it was either Tuesday 22nd one, or one after. Would you mind checking and if I should have received entry transferring it to tomorows game?

Not sure if you can track casino results but it was the same tuesday-monday week I lost about 180 euro at live roulette.

Some general fb while im here: the new software is alot better, especialy the improved cards, much easier to read at smaller tables, and multitable tiling is a great addition.

Andrew, Re hand for hand, You could tamper with clock but that does not educate people. How about a fun message to get the point across.
Love the caution on tickets to expire. Some may need further advance warning if no tournaments available for use.

Always surprises me when multiple people time down once it gets to hand to hand, you would think they would get the hint after one hand of it because the table is paused for 5 minutes.

Very annoying but i suppose we have to remember a lot of new players trying to get to london. Also no chat so people cannot advise them. Have to find a way of getting the message across. Maybe a link to an explanation.

Played fast nl €4 to complete a mission. managed to get to over €7 only for the other person to leave. Sat there waiting for someone to join only to be thrown off the table. lol

How is this for bad luck. Completed mission 3. At the very same time i finish a major challenge which is the next part of the mission. However, the major challenge is not recorded for the mission.lol. Then rush to get in time for the double trouble freeroll and miss out due to software requiring an upgrade. lol. I think i will leave the lottery ticket till next week.

I want to give some compliments to the entire unibet poker crew . The site itself has been improved alot and the update this month was very good. No crashes are large bugs so it is going in the right direction

Hi Andrew, I think I've found an error in a minor challenge not triggering, which is ironic as I was looking to see if the major challenge was working correctly (as it's near impossible to tell playing 6-7 tables). My major is flop that adds up to 26 or more (no jacks, queens, kings or aces), I've either got major variance with this or something is off.

Can you look at hand 70628511, the challenge was "be dealt 72 when first to act", I was in the sb (as we were only 3 handed, with the bb and the button last to act) I was the first to act. Thank you Adrian

If you were 3 handed the button was first to act.
The blinds are always last to act before the flop.

We used to do double trouble manually, but now it should happen automatically. Did it invite you yet? Due to aforementioned back office problems I can't check right now.

There're some new minor Challenges and one was removed (in NLHE) so I balanced some frequencies to make sure that the average was still 500. I believe there were a couple of bug fixes too. Did you have a specific one in mind?

Hopefully the games pick up a little, but I agree that it isn't a great player experience right now. This is the problem with relatively long lead times on missions - the developers need them quite a long way in advance, so if a game stops running we can get ourselves into trouble.

I'll get to this once I can figure out how the back office works here.

Thanks, though there are a couple of big bugs (e.g. no tiling on mac), but that should be fixed with yesterday's client update.

Soon we'll have a "new player overlay" that will have a quick tutorial on what the options are on the different screens. It'll only show the first time you access a screen, but it should be able to help with this kind of problem.

This was poorly phrased on our side - it should say "preflop". All the minor challenges are preflop. You only act first when it's postflop in this hand.

And btw: Major challenges are intended to be completed faster now? I have at least played 15.000 hands since the beginning of october and still haven't finished my first major challenge "reach a flop of QJT". Variance in "rakeback" is a completly new experience.

But nevertheless: You have got a great site and I think the complete team is doing a superb job improving it.

Just a few notes:

1. Would love to see an Android client in the near future. considering there are no HUDs anyway i could definitely see myself using it on my TV stick.

2. Its probably noted before but the client tends to lag when playing lots (8+) of tables and its probably not my PCs fault (new i5 CPU, 8gb RAM, radeon 6870 video etc). Also impossible to play youtube etc while grinding for the same reason.

3. Have you considered changing the points reset date from quaterly to yearly? People like to have longterm goals. I, for example would like the idea to grind myself a UO package, but at the moment it would take ~6 months for me.

my laptop broke, i got a new one with win 8.1. now i can only fit 2 tables to my screen. it is no good. 6 should be fine. Is there anything I can do about this. Second thing: mission to play nlhe on a different day hasnt this far succeeded for me though I play likely about 1k holdem hands daily
