The Tip of Jonny is the best way to find out asap if a table crashed (press x, no pop-up = crashed), i can confirm it seems not be influenced by hand for hand, and confirm it happens more on final tables then lets say there are still 4+ tables in the tourney......tbh i especially look for this when we go from final 2 tables to final table (for me it seems to crash the most at this moment)

@sect, i disagree with this happening not that often, obviously i play a lot of games (total and simultaneous), but i am pretty sure at crashes at least once a day here.....that being sad, i know it happens more often when i play more tables (4+) so i just try to keep track of everytable, and check pretty regularly with the "jonny-tip"......the more tables i play simultaneous the more it seems to crash, but i have no definitive proof for this (yet)

at first i thought it had to do a lot with to much entries in 1 tourney, but yesterday it crashed for me while playing the UO 250, when we were almost at the Final table (prob like 8-9 players left at that time, maybe 14-15 players total)......so i dont think it has to do with entries per tourney.
I actually didn't spot it, but my railbird yesterday (jonny) told me i was disconnected (thanks again)

just my2cents :P

ps. if your finding out that you don't spot the disconnect fast enough, your probably playing to much tables/have to little focus on each and every table to properly spot it, that being said.....it shouldn't happen, but as we all know, its pretty high priotrity on the buglist of Andrew, so i'm gonna leave it at that and hopefully the fix will come

Andrew, around 4 PM CET I suffered a disconnect.

I sat in the lobby of the 100eu heads up sit and go and luckily I noticed that 100eu was subtracted from my account. Normally it would open the game but due to a disconnect/server malfunction it didn't. I had to restart the client twice and the second time the game opened. Unfortunatly I had already lost 500 chips and had no fair shot of winning the game anymore.

Contacting Belgian support was not possible since they don't care/know about poker.

1. What they found to say your gambling site is illegal?
2. How can i withdraw my funds if i cant connect anywhere to site?

Oh man that sucks , I've recently been though something similar with my country banning all sites that don't have licences in the specific country. From what I can see only 2 sites have a licence in your country but I suppose more will get one soon like they did here.

You could try to contact support via e-mail info@unibetsupport.eu info-uk@unibetsupport.com or I guess you could try logging in to the website with a VPN (of an allowed country) just to withdraw/contact livechat support. But I guess it would be best just to wait for Andrew's response and proceed from there.
