Okay so I just had the disconnect again myself on the fast poker tables. Hand ID was 47353280, maybe that helps to identify the issue. Only had two of the tables open at the same time, nothing else besides.

Thanks for the (almost free) 3 euro extra in "ilovethezoo" tournament. Does the zoo refer to 2+2?

Sorry, was out so I missed it. I will do next time though. You can all pay me extra when I win.

Will have to get to these two when I'm in the office.

Yeh - this forum (Internet Poker) is nicknamed the Zoo. "Sup Bro?" was what 2 + 2ers used to say on the tables to identify themselves to each other: http://archives1.twoplustwo.com/show...fpart=all&vc=1

Maybe these work better to award multiples of 5? So we'd do:

1 entry, 5 prizes
4 entry, 14 prizes
10 entry, 35 prizes

I assume we've looked at some of this before but the problem with a forum format is that it's hard to see what exactly. I assume you get this on both tables? Are you fine on other sites? What does the Task Manager say for CPU/memory usage of the client?

I thought there was a way to get this from the back office, but there isn't. So I throw this open to the rest of the thread - what do you get for hands per hour at NLHE? I imagine it'll be a bit less than other sites due to lack of table tiling, lack of table priority, worse players and no HUDs.

Sure, done.

Each point is roughly 1c raked. It doesn't just depend on the long run but also on how you play - tighter players get fewer points because I used the average number of hands to complete a Challenge over the whole site.

So 2m points is roughly €20k raked.

I don't want to say how much people raked in the races though. It's up to them to publicise it (or not). For me to reveal it would be to reveal information about them without their permission.

No, it only happened to me on one of the two tables. However, an opponent got disconnected a few hands later on the second table. CPU usage was 15-20% max.

I played four fast hold'em tables later in the evening when double as many players were in the pool and didn't get disconnected myself, but saw at least 5-6 opponents within a span of 10 minutes. There doesn't seem any specific pattern to this but it definitely happens.

Andrew,
considering how you changed some of the major missions to be 40 times instead of 50 (see a flop of 7-7-x for example), would you be willing to also reconsider this major which also requires 50 times :
"Reach the river when turn and river pair (e.g. a board of A-J-3-9-9)".
If not make it 40 then maybe at least to make it to see such a board but not also reach it ?
after 17 days of playing, I have only 21/50 so far..

sorry to bother you if the challenge is actually properly designed and intended to be that way.

Hi Andrew! I logged in on the ipad to play a 10€ sitngo and signed up with good internet connection and the table was empty for some time. I clicked the leave-button but nothing happened. Then I tried to log out and log in on my macb I got the message "resuming game" and an empty table opened.

No sign of any opponent but the 10€ was taken from my account. Is it possible for you to give my account with a 10€ ticket, i payed the fee with cash? One of my nicks: djkfljfa.

And what happened. Is unibet still having problems with the sitngos?

Eventually converted my second 5max 4€ SNG ticket into a first place. How many of those "play at least 1 SNG each for three days in a row" missions can we expect?

Based on last quarter, I think there'll be ~20 players getting to 2m points this quarter.

This one, on average, takes 5,500 hands. I can definitely see some runbad meaning it takes 10k or even 15k hands. I'm curious as to whether these kinds of situations are down to players not being sure how many hands 10k really are, or whether something else is happening.

I think we definitely need to make major Challenges average fewer hands next quarter. We can make them average half the hands and pay out half the points, say. It means we have to kill some of the rarer ones, but I'm sure we'll cope.

Weird. I've found the tournament and I've reported it - it shows you as blinding all the way down. I don't think this is happening in general, but if you or anyone else gets this again, could you let me know please?

I've credited you with a €10 HUSNG ticket.

Hi Andrew,

First of all thanks to you and the poker team for all the hard work. You managed to get me back to online poker (and 2+2!) after a couple of years off. I'm happy enough with my low stakes play to try and ship a Unibet Open package.

Couple of nits:

1. Not enough chars in aliases - I can't use my favourite nick 'fishohneheater' !

2. My free €10 cash ticket expired. No problem there my fault for leaving it for a week, but it expired with some profit on it. I personally think it's wrong to allow this, the site is effectively stealing money from other player's balances (that I won)

3. +1 to really really need to display 'current pot' - what's in the middle versus 'total pot' including bets this round. I need an extra mental cycle to work out my pot odds which is very aggravating.

Cheers and hope to see you in Cannes or London

Hi again Andrew! This happened to me two more times in 25€ sitngos, one in the morning and one late at night yesterday. I shouldn't have played them having had the problem with the one you just investigated. I think it's worth having a close look on my account because this must be a major bug for your ipad client. And for me it's not the first time it is happening.

The support has told me previously that they can't do anything about it, and I found that strange since it is such a major bug. Is it possible for you to go through my sitngo history and investigate this a little bit further. I can mention that i have not once lost internet connection. I am playing poker on my usual poker site and that has worked fine and I have stayed connected while unibet has been struggling.

Have a nice day!

And also, thanks for puttting back the 10€ in my account!

Forgot this one

4. How come you're hiding the rake under the heading 'Checking and Raising' in the terms page? It should be in its own section and laid out as a table for easier refererence.
Is this rake structure accurate for the new software - I thought I saw previously in the thread that 2c/4c was at 1%.
