Andrew, why are the banzai games not capped at 10 or 20bb?
Currently I'm playing a banzai table with player with 26bb, 27bb, 75bb and 125bb deep stacks.

They are capped with a buy in of 10xBB, but obviously players will stick around a bit when they have won pots and can push around the new arrivals.

Buy ins are capped, I think stacks need to be capped...

I registered for the sportsbook freeroll for today a couple of days ago but I can't see it anywhere. Has it been cancelled or moved? I could swear it was today. Don't have the ticket on my profile anymore so I am still registered I believe.

I collected the whole month spins for the pokerslot. Today i want to play the spins, but everything is gone, the slot, my spins everything, how come?

It was a monthly promotion and has been removed as of 1 am UK time.

I know it was monthly, but a pokerslot promotion before you could use your spins next day after the promo was stopped, and now everything is gone next day, think it's not normal.

Terms and conditions on the slot promo page said you can save spins up but any unused spins will be removed on the 1st of May.

I'm off today (until Tue) so I can't exchange tickets etc. But there's a Banzai ticket bug - it looks like you can't rejoin Banzai tables with a ticket if you don't have that much money in your account too. The developers are on holiday today but maybe on Monday we can get something done about this.

There's also a browser problem that causes it to freeze. This is sadly going to remain this way until at least Monday too.

It's 1% to €3. Basically I had to guess at what was reasonable in this game. Once we've had a few hands over the weekend I'll be able to change it if it's too high (or too low....)

Sure, if there's enough demand. Our Fast variant didn't work largely because it was awful when there were <20 players, so it'd need a fair amount of work.

Maybe. No way to tell really, until it's been going for a while. We're spending quite a few tickets on inactive players who're down in the bigger games at the moment, so let's see how that does too.

In a way, we want to have varying stack sizes because it makes it a LOT harder to solve. But perhaps we could set a cap somewhere... I'm not sure what's best yet. We'll let it run like this for a while first though.

Yeh, this is the problem, but I agree with enrico that it isn't ideal. Enrico, I'll figure out what we can do about it on Tue. I think for next time we should leave the slot up for a day or so, and we should mail people who have unused spins that're about to expire.

The rewards on the banzai games will be the same as in regular games?

And is there any way to shut up that guy that yells Banzai all the time. I like the table sounds but that one is already becoming annoying.

Banzai awards points in Challenges at the same rate as MTT/SNG.

I'd second this suggestion. Not sure why NL50 is the lowest limit for this kind of promotion imho, especially on a site that wants to focus on recreational players?

I've touched on this before itt, and even though extra menu options aren't great, an option to mute all sounds except the timeout warning would be useful.

Oh btw Andrew, it's probably not your responsabilty but could be important enough to pass on: I occasionally play some €1 blackjack and tried to do it on my iPad for the first time (so no Flash, guess this is all js?), some points:

- it looks horrible, text is ugly and often placed on top of other text
- it's unresponsive to the point where players need to tap buttons 10s of times, and then it will sometimes react twice. I did in fact, not intend to hit on 20
- the balance (which I think is at the bottom of the screen) is impossible to read. I suspect this could get you in a lot of legal trouble w/r/t responsible gambling.

I think this is a problem for many players, because I was playing the Omaha-freeroll now, and the whole table was like this:connected-disconnected etc.etc. And suddenly everybody was sitting out..
But it is nothing to do with this, so it is good it is only a freeroll

I'll give my opinion, tbh i've just started playing in unibet. So far everything's great and from the perspective of a rec-reg player (since i play for fun and put more into my studies) the software is awesome, far greater than pokerstars imo. But i don't like two things: first, when you leave a table with lets say, 400bb, you can re enter and be with the minimum like in less than 1 minute. second, why do you close tables when its HU? at the time I play there isn't much PLO action, and the table just got closed when its HU :/. well hope that changes, and even if not, most probably i'll keep playing in unibet.

if you can exchange ticket that are expired, I would like that u exchange my NL25 cash (27€)ticket+ 3*1€ sng in to 3*10€ UO ticket, or if cash ticket is worth 25€ then u add 1€ sng + 1 €mtt ticket.
