Nope. This has come up a few times before - we don't like this feature because players who don't use it are almost always weak. It lets you identify them from something other than their play, and our main aim is to stop that kind of thing.

Hi Andrew, you may remember my posts a couple weeks back saying that im unable to use the original poker client and can only use the browser version (minus a few bugs on that too, unable to view/play MTT's)

Sadly this is still the case although tried everything possible, I have 14 tickets(3 of which have recently expired and the rest only have a day or too left due to me waiting on hopefully being able to use them) mostly €1 UO Tickets and a couple €1 MTT Tickets. I was wondering if you could convert these 14 tickets into some €4 SnG tickets/€1 SnG tickets so that I can actually use them, or even a €10 cash ticket to wager, had nothing but good fun and things to say about the site, this has been the only downfall on my side,

(I appreciate the fact your stopping the converting, but I did mention my situation on this thread a while back and was waiting on my client to work again, unfortunately this hasn't been resolved and im only asking for the convert because they are now all about to expire)

Denmark is segregated for sure.

I'll do the rest of this in the morning, but Denmark isn't segregated. We don't operate the standalone client in any markets that require segregation at the moment. We operate in France and Italy (or Spain, I can never remember which) on other networks. I don't look after that side of things, as you can tell.

Played four cash tables just now for maybe 10 minutes (2 PLO, 2 NLHE fast) and the latest Windows client was very laggy. I got timed out once and saw at least 5-6 opponents during that short session getting timed out and running out of time bank as well.

Besides that, the hand history in the client comes up blank (wanted to check a weird hand that was checked through on the river). CPU was hogging up to 25% at most though, so should not really have been that slow.

Is anyone else getting this? I just tested and it was fine for me

Never really had any lag before either and no other software running besides the browser. The timing out of opponents always happened frequently though.

Hi Andrew I've been playing Omaha all morning, I've not had any lag.

Can you test and see if the Omaha minor be dealt 3 hearts then 3 dia is working. I've literally played thousands of hands in the last few days to no avail. I'm especially suspicious as this is a dealt hand challenge and doesn't matter if I play tight or not. I've literally completed 11 minor NL challenges in the same time period. I've still only got 5 of 50 in the pair 3, it would be interesting to know how may hands I'd played and flops seen so far. I just feel like I'm not getting anywhere, because I'm not, not at the pace I was expecting. Any how thank you for all your good work. Adrian

I'm not finished with the specs yet, but it's going to be a medium term solution at best - a few months away perhaps.

I expect that one to take 596 hands on average. It's preflop so it shouldn't depend on how you play. It's also on a specific table, rather than between tables (as there's no real way to measure concurrent hands if they aren't at the same table).

Sadly the back office doesn't really let me tell the difference between PLO and NLHE, but this is one of two minor PLO hands that you need to hit once. It's therefore got the highest variance.

So far you've played 8,193 hands this quarter and completed 17 minor challenges with 2 more currently active. So overall you're actually a bit above expectation (482 hands to complete them on average).

Only played two PLO tables now and didn't notice any lag, only one guy got timed out. Maybe it has to do with the different types? Normally shouldn't be the case ... . On the plus side, I donked my losses from the PLO tables back in the HU SNG.

I just played some Unibet Open tournaments but I couldn't see any information like how many players were left etc. Then I restarted the software but still no improvement and I even couldn't unregister.

Andrew, Logged on 16.25. unibet open 10 and 2 both show as playing now. Clicking onto them shows running nearly 5 hours but ante only 25/50 and register button as available. when you click to register the registration is closed. It does not seem quite right. Probably the info bar is out of sync. I also get info bar problems from time to time as above has reported. Also as promised i have sent you an email on your unibet account.

Could you change my UBO €1 tickets to the €4 so I can multibuy into the UBO €1 mtt please? Alias GolfWang and I think by the time you read it I will have 16 as one is expiring today.

Congrats on the site everything is great - challenges etc and I look forward to the login fix and tiled/auto pop up tables as it will make playing on the site much smoother.

I get the occasional time out that has been mentioned before when playing Fast hold em where I've clicked my decision (mainly folding when it happens I believe) and then my time bank activates (with no decision button) and I have to wait until I'm sat out to rejoin the pool. Generally it's a minor inconvenience but I thought I'd mention it for feedback purposes, currently running 1.5 on Mac.

Hopefully Fast Hold em NL10 gets running regularly again as I was excited to see you state that Fast NL25 had a good chance of being introduced in the near future.
